Okay place to stay if your 30 or older. Very good location but horrible vibe for a young traveller who likes to meet other travelers and go out. Washing machine was not working when we were there and there was constant complaining from older guests about us making "too much noise" at 9:00pm... Four room dorm is ridiculously small aswell as the balcony

A 2 night stay at this very centrally placed stay hostel and it really is smack bang in the middle of Lviv. The double room was excellent, clean and really comfy bed and a decent size with a small kitchen. The girl who was working could have been more friendly and seemed more interested in her job but as she was alone maybe she was a bit bored and the WIFI kept dropping a lot which was was annoying.

In terms of location, you can't really beat the Old City Hostel. Right by the main square, it's within walking distance to all the sights, bars, restaurants, cafés you'll want to visit in Lviv. The hostel is spread on two different floors and I was on the first one. Which means that it was more like sharing a flat with a few other people than a hostel, so that was nice. The dorm and common areas are clean. Recommended if you are coming to Lviv!

Amazing location (literally in the dead center, and right along the tram line from the train station), and amazing staff. They were both fun to talk to, and very helpful with any questions about the city. And beds were very comfortable. Only complaint is that there's not a full kitchen. So no oven or stove. Just microwave, fridge, and kettle. But puzata hata nearby is cheaper than cooking anyway!

Nice and cozy place to stay at while you plan your trip to Lviv. Location of the hostel is very convenient, right in the the center of the old city. Administrators of the hostel are very helpful, in case you need help, just ask for it.

Everything you would expect from a hostel. Good value for the money, the common room is rather small would be my only complaint.

very helpful and friendly staff. great location. rooms are clean. security is great. a very enjoyable stay. In the private room with private bath, we had warm water for shower more in afternoon and evening. Morning showers not so much hot water. Wifi not great in some of the rooms, but available in the common spaces. We stayed two nights in a private room and private bathroom and two nights in private room with shared bathroom. The latter room was much nicer and had a great view.

Very friendly and welcoming. An amazing location, right in the city centre. 6 bed dorm was small but very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were all fine. The staff went out of their way to help us. We had a really great weekend here. Many thanks.

All of the staff are extremely helpful and accomodating. They were also very nice which you don't always find. Quite a pleasure staying here. They try to do everything they can and that's why I will continue to stay here and recommend it to others.

A nice place to stay, welcoming and organised. It doesn't quite have that extra special something that would make it into a must-choose, but it's certainly more than adequate.

Old city is a really nice, cousy, small hostel right in the center of Lviv inside one of those historical buildings. We were there during the winter but still there were enough guests there to provide some atmosphere. Staff was pretty awesome and helpful as well, specially Olya ;) Will definitely come back, asap!!!

we passed 2 nights in the 4bed-dorm. The facilities are very good. The window of that room went out to the main square of Lviv. It's a perfect location, but when the window is open it's getting kind of noisy. The staff was very helpful. If in Lviv I would stay again in this hostel.

Excellent Location. The whole city's interesting places are within walking distance. We stayed in the 2nd flood. Room and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good. WiFi was not so good because of probably too many people were using it. Toilet was NOT so good in 2nd floor. Hot water finishes after 1 person takes shower. Have to wait for a while to get it hot. Stuffs were very friendly. Specially Olga Grab. She arranged a small surprise for us. It was so nice of her.I'd like to recommend this hostel.
