No ventilation in the rooms. Very rude service. Overall was the only disappointing part of San Sebastian.

When we arrived we were moved to another location, which in the end turned out to be right in the hub which was great. We were told off on arrival for being late which wasn't great, and weren't made to feel welcome by Luca who we only saw once. The room itself was pretty grim on arrival, no window or natural light gave it the feel of a prison cell, but the bed was comfortable and turned down everyday which was a nice touch. In the end the place grew on us, but the first impression wasn't great

Lovely host. Great location. Good room. Good wifi. only thing missing was a kitchen i guess.. apparently some of the other apartments have kitchens, so if you really want one email Luca and see if its possible. We still had a fridge so were able to make salads etc. Loved my stay would go back again

It said in the intenrent the hostel was located in the old town in calle fermin calbeton, which was why i ordered it, but when i got there it turned out my room was in another part of the city really far away from there. it sucked. so dont order this if you want to stay in the center!

Great Place right in the heart of San Sebastian. Close to pubs, great Tapas and a few minutes to the beach, god surf when I was here too. Luca is very friendly.
