The Budget Guest House is one of Tbilisi\'s most affordable and central places to stay just meters away from Freedom Square (old city center). Place is unique and marvelous for its staff hospitality (Georgian style of drinking real Georgian wine and chacha). House stands in quiet area. Free wireless internet connection (available in lobby), coffee and tea making facilities (available in kitchen), fan, heating and hair dryer. There is no reception, but there is a luggage storage for the convenience of guests.
Hostel is located close to Freedom Square, when taxi goes up to Sololaki from Freedom Square the main street is there Davitashvili street, directly from Davitashvili driver has to turn right up and second turn left, that is Sergo Meskhi street, like it is shown on the map located in the pictures.

This is a good choice - the main advantages are price, location, tranquillity (except for the noise from the TV) and a friendly, hospitable and helpful owner. With the electric heater my room was nice and warm. However the mention of internet access is out-of-date – there is no internet – and even having a single room you may sense a lack of privacy.
