Definitely the place to stay in Évora. No complaints at all, on the contrary. The place feels like home, the owner knows the names of all the guests, it's really impressive. I met travellers who went there to stay a night and have been there for a month. Beds are comfortable, everything is clean, the atmosphere is perfect to meet other travellers. Also, the owner is more than happy to suggest places to visit in the city, which he knows perfectly well. probably my favourite place in the city.

Absolutely amazing hostel. I felt like I was at home. So cosy but with everything I´d ever need. Superb location. Pedro and his family made the hostel seem like a home and were very helpful with every question and query. One of my favourite hostels I´ve ever stayed in.

The hostel is like a flat and the owner Pedro also lives in it. The atmosphere was really good I felt very welcome. Especially the breakfast was great, it was one of the best I got on my 3 week travel (3 different juices, 5 jams, 1 marmelade, ham, cheese, 2 different cereals). Only the bathroom could be renovated, it smelled not very pleasant.

The hostel is calm and cosy. The owner, Pedro, who speaks perfect french, will welcome you with a big smile and many good recommendations. Don't hesitate to ask him anything that you need, especially places for food.

Pedro is not only the owner, but the soul of the Hostel. He is incredibly nice and helpful. I has a small accident when walking in Evora, and he was the main reason I still enjoyed my stay. If you go to Evora, Old Evora is the Hostel to go.
