Best correlation a price - quality. Situated in the historical center of Tbilisi, very friendly staff. Minus – very cold in winter, poor interior, absent Wi-Fi, breakfast is not included as written on a website.

Great location and the staff (family owned) is extremely hospitable and accommodating. But there are no locks on the doors, and hot water was running only during certain hours. Also, the internet was out due to nearby construction. All in all, the place was fine, especially given how cheap it was, but I wouldn't stay there again.
