ON ARRIVAL, WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR THE REMAINING AMOUNT DUE.......IN CASH. SO WE HAD TO GO TO A CASH DISPENSER MACHINE AND GET LOCAL CURRENCY INSTEAD OF USING OUR CREDIT CARD ! ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE ASKED THE SAME

It's a wonderful place, because it's very near to the Old Town Square and the Jewish District. In the recepction there was a nice guy that helped me with every question I asked him. The hostel was really clean. I recommend this hostel for everyone.

This Hostel is really nice and very centrical. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean. The people from the reception desk were amazing and very friendly. We had free internet in laptops there and also they gave to us the WIFI password. There was a little living room to chill a bit after a hard day walking all over Prague. For me it was one of the better hostel that i have been. The only bad thing was the heater, it was a bit small for that room and i had a bit cold during the night.

What a great place! It was very central and it was so cool! The rooms were large and so were the lockers. The staff was awesome - so helpful. Nick was especially great, but they were all cool. I'd go back in a second and I would recommend this place to everyone!

The hostel was great. The freebies like the coffee, juice, and free internet in the lounge was an awesome perk. The staff was awesome, Anna was great for check-in and the night guy Angel gave us extra blankets when our room was chilly. Very cool staff, very knowledgable. Would stay here again, this review was for a trip taken in January. http://www.deanferraro.com

We spent a wonderful trip thanks to this Hostel. Really the best quality for a very cheap price. Rooms was perfect, a large availability, breakfast including, a reception open all the night, a warm welcome, to resume : the perfect hostel. It's really a good deal. Moreover the team is friendly, nicolas (nic) and the others are available for us, to given advise or informations !

The hostel was really clean, there were people cleaning the bathrooms and vacuuming the lounges every day. there are 2 lounges, each with a mini kitchen (stove top, sink, microwave, small refrigerator) which was really convenient. There is free breakfast every morning from 8-10 every morning which includes cereal (corn flakes and coco puffs), milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, and you get a sandwich from the reception which you can save for later in the day if you want.

We were an American family of four and found Old Prague Hostel very much what we were looking for. You have the normal hostel possibilities of shared bathrooms and shared spaces, but it was reasonably quiet for a hostel, extremely well situated to get around the old town, and the staff were very helpful in English.

it's better if they arrange some party or meeting to people know each other, because the hostel has different floors and make it difficult to meet others.

The staff Nick, Noelle, and another fellow I forgot the name of, were all cheery. I received a great restaurant recommendation, well done.

Very clean, extremely nice and helpful staff, plus I couldn't think of a better location. Toilets and showers were always clean. Very basic breakfast (cereals, sandwich, coffee, tea), a microwave and a fridge, but no real kitchen. Also it was very noisy because all the people were having partys in the hostel - but it was around NewYear so I don't know if it's always like this. I liked it very much and would absolutely recommend it!
