I recommend this hostel for sure to everyone! The hotel is amazing, well located, the roons are spetacular, and i have no words enough to say how friendly and helpfull the intire staf is, specially Trang and Malvim those two i have a chance to talk dayli, and the are so kind! I love love, love, ill be back someday for sure! I totally recommend also, every service and tour that the hotel has, they are really honest and th tours are fantastic! Hugs, hugs, hugs! We really like everything in this hotel except they finally introduced a fake Sinhtourist to us to book openbus with higher price though we clearly expressed we want true sinhtourist. When we were carried to an office to await bus coming, found they are other tourism company and refused to provide invoice or receipt with price. Wish next time they can really understand hostel.com\'s recommend value

From the moment I stepped into Green Street Hotel, I felt like a sanctuary from the busy honking streets of Hanoi. The place looked so cozy & warm with such comfortable clean room. And the staffs at the hotel were superb! They are so friendly, so helpful, so fluent in English.The breakfast is super delicious & I never had such good breakfast before. There is wifi & its reception is very strong! Its location is in the heart of backpackers\' centerpoint. Three words for you: IT IS HEAVENLY!

Thanks for all staff at Old Street Hotel, i enjoyed so much my time here, i got good experience on my trip in Hanoi and North of Vietnam, the staff suggested me some ways to travel by myself and some time i should join tour with group. I liked hotel location where i visited many attractions with short distance. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable.

Good location, but the room was very noisy. Staff first was very nice, but then we did not booked tour with them they changed their faces....

Warmly welcome, helpful staff, clean room and great location. After bad trip from airport to Hotel, I took the taxi to hotel by myself from the Hanoi airport, so bad driver he charged me over price and he wanted to put me at another hotel, I said "NO, take me to Old Street Hotel". on the way to hotel, I hoped that hotel was better, it was perfect with smiling and helpful staff, I could check in early with free of charge, welcome drinks. I loved warmly atmosphere of this hotel. Little bit noisy

Excellent Hotel, great hospitality this hotel is centrally located in the city making this a very convenient hotel to stay in. the staff were very accomodating and gave us good recommendations for travel and dining. when filling in my reservation, the staff noticed that my birthday happened to be during my stay and even surprised me with a cake. i would stay there again, not only because of the birthday cake but also because of everything else.

This is a must stay at - great staff (Ben, Quinn, Anna & team), its really clean, a great location and great value. I would most certainly recommend this hotel. The staff are so obliging and can't do enough for you - they arranged our trip to Halong Bay (with Susu of Opera Cruises) which was superb, marginally more costly but worth it (and the better way to do this too). The hotel is close to all sights in Hanoi
