It is like having a small family during the stay, because it is the smalles and cousiest hostel i have ever seen. Jack -the hostel manager- gave as a city tour and showed us special places and not only the typical tourist sites. Thank you. We had a great time.

The hostel has just one room with six beds and kitchen and living room all in it, it is very strange but if you are not too picky it's a nice place to stay! I had a good time and the receptionist was very kind, welcoming and talkative. The position is exellent, right in the old town!

We spent a nice trip to Tallinn. The hostel was quite good for the price except the two extra strangers who were sleeping on the sofa during the 3 nights. They were always at home using the computers and sleeping. They arrive in the middle of the first night and that scared the girls.. Except this negative point the hostel is very well situated and ell equiped.

Dear student guests, the other two guests we're invited to stay by upper management. Mi casa su casa is the expression that best fits this hostel and so guests are free to use our home as their home, however that may be. =)

This is the weirdest and most horrible hostel I have ever stayed in. There was no hot shower. There was no person to be responsible for the guests. The dormitory was IN the same place as living room. The guy at the reception had been there for, like, two days and knew nothing about the whole procedures with the new guests. One of the guests that had booked a bed there needed to sleep in a couch because her bed was given away. Definitely would not recommend it.

Dear guest, we don't appreciate your lack of understanding and respect. This hostel is run by the one member, who lives here, This is his home. Receiving you I wish I was more firm on the rules of the house. I received complaints from other guests whom were annoyed of your often late arrival (sometime in the early morning) at the hostel, drunkeness, and use of the computer past lights out (keyboards are offly noisy). As for the cold shower, we did our best to accomidate by providing hot water that was boiled earlier. The electrician hired was suppose to arrive Monday of the following week, we don't determine this. I live here so I had to endure the same. As the new manager and caretaker of the property I can only appologize for my lack of understanding for a system I was left no instructions on how to use. I have my own life and we are all adults who don't need others to look after them. As for the customer you are referring, I offered to arrange accomodation elsewhere but she was completely fine sleeping on the sofa which folds out into a double! I gave her a discount and the very next day she was placed in the accomodation she paid for. She was kind and considerate with the exception of sneaking out on her final night and avoiding payment of the 8 Euro she owed.

Hele no longer works here. And using someone's name violates the rules, does it not?

The girl who works there is VERY unfriendly and unhelpful. Also, I had booked a private room and ended up in a different building, where the rooms had no locks on the door, even in the shower room. I was by myself and did not feel very safe.

Hello there! When booking private rooms it is noted in the description of the rooms that they are located in another building, in a very nice and safe Old Town apartment so i don't see how this came as a surprise to you. The apartment has several locks and 4 doors in total to get into at all, plus you were not alone, there were 3 more persons staying there at the same time. Also there IS a lock for the bathroom!! It would be unspeakable not to have one! When it comes to unfriendliness then we are very sorry for this, although i need to remind you that you were repeatedly explained that the girl mentioned was not even working. Have safe future travels!

Nice little place to stay. Only six beds in the place so it is easy to get to know people. Location is right on the edge of old town and close to everything you could need. Would a recomend a stay here.

it s wondering how good places can turn to bad...the girl working there looked so unfriendly that a french couple didn t dare there to book there. more serious if not professional failure, next morning she disappeared for her jogging and people who wanted to leave had to wait for her, nothing really respectful for them. beds in the common room are also a little tricky...

Staff no longer works at hostel. The hostel is more similar to a home stay as the staff have their own lives to attend to. There were two staff members working at this time, one out jogging should not have prevented them from asking the second. Beds in the common room... Guests should read the description/ look at photos.
