Good price for airport pickup but double the price for taking you to attractions (same distance). Booking *private car*for a *whole day* means they will take you and pick up from site only (very unclear). Argued with reception girl about this- she gave us major attitude. I stayed here for 2days in August. Very good value for this lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. Hotel offered an airport pick up but not for those arriving by bus - this would have been useful as we found it impossible to get a taxi to take us there (possibly because we weren't given the Chinese room. We ordered two twin rooms and were given a twin and double, which wasn't ideal.
