Not the best in each category I've ever seen but the first place I've been where everything was done so well! A fantastic place to stay!

helpful and nice staff. good location for easy to find out at old town.

hot water in showers only lasted 1-2 minutes, tops. a little cramped in the dorm rooms, so no need for a kitchen. staff seemed more concerned with selling their tours than the state of the customer. wifi was only working in the reception, almost never worked in the rooms.

From the pretty girls singing while making the beds, the cats snoozing in the lobby, and the beautiful men that make you feel at home & never want to leave, Old Town Hostel is absolutely incredible. Curtains around the lower bunks create a canopy like intimate palace, clean bathrooms in your room, original architecture & no better location. I booked 2 nights originally, and begrudgingly, left 7 nights later. The best hostel in Kotor, maybe Montenegro, maybe Europe.

Staff told us montenegro tour is total 35 euro including entry to two national parks, but it was actually 5 more euros each. Other guests got free nights in the hostel for booking the tour and the transfer to Tirana, we booked both but got no free nights. Pros: clean, comfy rooms, great location, low price Cons: dirty kitchen, dont go on tour, its too pricey and only the first stop is worth it Worth a stay but keep your receipts, they might accuse you of not paying due to disorganization.

Best place in the whole town. Staff are incredible, atmosphere is the best I have ever experienced anywhere. Had such a good time and the building is sweet has everything you need and more. Go. Go now. Also comes with a seriously luscious cat!

Marco and team run a superb hostel perfectly located within the walls of old city Kotor. I'm very thankful for our stay and time there as we received excellent service and despite the weather being poor we had a great time. Evening group BBQ and bar crawl were a great opportunity to meet others, see some of old town Kotor, and have heaping amounts of fun. Highly recommend.

Good hostel with good atmosphere. Beds are not the most comfortable but they are ok. The only negative comment is that the kitchens are not equipped enough and the plates and pots were all dirty so every time you take something you had to wash it again.

Great hostel with a really good atmosphere and friendly staff. Delicious dinner for just €5. The rooms all felt like something out of the Medieval tines. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were amazing, the BBQ dinner is incredible, especially the vegetarian option with THE BEST potatos. Perfect location.

Great hostel in beautiful building. Staff were helpful and atmosphere was great. Issues with the bathroom as my shower didn't drain well (ended up standing in ankle high water) and also sheets didn't feel very clean. Other than that would definitely recommend!

Fantastic hostel - really special being in the converted building that fits in so well with the historic architecture of the old walled city. Great atmosphere with lots of activities to get involved in if you wish. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Had a blast, the guys are awesome and give you great tips on what to do and see, there are social events on every night which is great fun too! Recommend the Montenegro day tour as well.

Very nice hostel! The building itself looks super cool, it is very comfortable, in a perfect location and the staff organizes a lot of activities that allow you to meet other guests. Would definitely recommend! The only downside is the shuttle service they offer to Tirana. The driver was CRAZY and almost caused several accidents. Never saw such an aggressive driver before (and I do speed up myself)..

This hostel is a dream for young travellers especially gap years. The hostel puts on a lot of great nights out and montenegro attraction tours, whilst taking good care of attendees. It is easy to meet other young people in Kotor, easier than many other towns, but the hostel will make it particularly easy. For couples charmed by the look of the hostel, the interior is indeed beautiful and the atmosphere is fabulous. It can get a bit noisy in east wing when the evening starts up.
