Great location, great staff and awesome facilities. Hostel staff needs to inform all guests to lock dorm doors when they're not in there. Some guests were leaving without locking. Hostel is pretty expensive. You're pretty much paying for location on this one.

The location of this hostel was amazing right in the Old Town. The bed I had was 'clean' but had hair and dirt on it. Also the bathrooms were pretty dirty. The beds had a power socket next to them and some fans to plug in and use to keep cool which was good. There was free breakfast and a few other bits. The security was okay but doors are often left open and unlocked. Staff were helpful, the owner quite full on if he appears. Met lots of cool people in the communal lounge/kitchen. All good.

Perfect location, good facilities and very friendly staff and owner.

Hostel is in an excellent location, although a little hard to find. Michael from the hostel came out to meet me from the main square in the Old Town. Clean rooms although they lack air con. Sociable atmosphere. Staff are very helpful. Perfect base to explore the stunning Old Town. Pretty expensive but then all accommodation in Dubrovnik is.

AMAZING location, great staff, come and go breakfast (not set time) was great. however due to location quite noisy outside, however hostel couldn't control that. great experience. Although it was more expensive per night than I had been use too location said it all I mean right in old town and easy-ish to find (easy to find street however only indication it was the hostel was little sticker on the door)

I am very grateful for the wonderful accommodations and attention I experienced at Old Town Hostel. Like the Old Town of Dubrovnik itself, the hostel was beautiful, clean, and most welcoming. The friendly and knowledgable woman at the front desk provided excellent assistance and guidance and made my brief stay most pleasant and enjoyable.

If you don't mind a little street noise, it's a great location in the heart of old town. There is a fan for every bed - much needed and clothes lines outside the windows. A little hard to meet people, people don't congregate in the common area like pictures would have you believe, but the blonde girl who works reception is super lovely and friendly.

I loved everything about this property except that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The location is perfect, the reception girls were very helpful and our private dorm room was very nice with lots of space. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Old Town!

Excellent facilities. Free breakfast was brilliant. Really enjoyed my stay :)

Very nice staff, helpful & friendly. A nice Place to stay.

This was my second time at the Old town hostel, first was 3 years ago. They still don't have air conditioning, but there was at least 4 fans in our 6-bed dorm so it helped cooling the room. Also besides the small bedside lockers, they had added big ones into the rooms, which is good. The location is excellent and they offer free coffee and cereals for breakfast. It is expensive and the shower was a bit dirty, but otherwise a good hostel.

Amazing location , so close to Main Street. All staff were helpfull and talkative . Had a friendly and homely atmosphere. Stayed in a twin share room which was spacious

Thank you for a very pleasant 1 night stay. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. The rooms were very clean and beds comfy. The bathrooms were very nice, clean and modern. It was nice only sharing with a couple of other rooms, the bathroom nearly felt like it was your own private bathroom (even when the hostel was fully booked). Thank you

This hostel is located right in the middle of the old town and is in a superb spot. For all those with lots of luggage, its not up any of the hundreds of steps and is a major selling point on that alone. Mark, the boss, is great, and loves socialising with the people in the hostel and brings great atmosphere, he is hilarious. Ask him about his female rule when deciding what music to play. The rooms are large and spacious. You may read about lack of bathrooms. Its okay though.

It's definitely worth paying a bit extra to stay inside the Old City, and I thought their price was reasonable in this regard. It's very close to the Pile gate and located just around the corner from the main street - this saves you from walking long on stone pavement or climb up stairs with your luggage. The room looked new and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. I had fun with the owner and other fellow travelers in the evening. Free tea etc. Nice atmosphere. Thanks!

great location right in the middle of old town. mike made sure we had a great night and was very knowledgeable as to what to do in the town

A place for Zumba enthusiasts and sparkly hat wearers... we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend anyone staying here. Dine at Lady Pi Pi whilst here, the lovely ladies at reception will tell you about it!

Wow!! what a place!! First of all the friendly greetings from the lovely receptionists Antonia and Slavica.. They were both wonderful! Slavica (the receptionist) bought us all free ice cream (all of us!!) Mike (The owner and host) is an amazing person that is very welcoming and provides a complete entertainment show with dancing and songs and hat parties. Did I mention the unlimited FREE Pasta, FREE MIilk and Cereal, and unlimited Fruit Iced Tea? A great common room and kitchen. WONDERFUL!
