I only stayed one night. Checked in really late and checked out really early the next morning. Most of the contact I had with the staff was over the phone of via email and they were always friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The hostel is clean and well located. Free wi-fi, which is always a bonus. Just beware of the 40 GEL charge for an airport transfer. It's an absolute rip-off. You can very easily get taxi's for as little as 20 - 25 GEL.

The hostel is somewhat modest, but location is great . Tako, a girl who works there , was very friendly, nice and helpful. She gave us a feeling of being home and we spent an unforgettable time there . Thanky you Tako!!! Anna from Moscow.

The hostel is clean and well located. The staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English and Russian. Just be prepared to pay more than you expected because of GEL rate in the hostel: 1EUR=2.5GEL insted of 2.15GEL and they wanted us to pay in GEL' only. Any transport ordered in the hostel is also expensive.

Great location, clean, the staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were spacious. I missed the reading lights, but there are reading lights in 50% of the hostels anyway. The kitchen was quite small, but there was rarely anybody. I chose this hostel because you could have an airport transfer for an extra charge.

I arrived early in the morning and had to pay for an extra night's stay (which was fine as I managed to get some sleep during that time). Excellent location and friendly staff who were very helpful and happy to book taxis etc. My only complaint was the sheets were very itchy (I ended up having to sleep in my sleeping bag liner).

A wonderful hostel. The staff is awesome, they even translated for me as my brother got seriously ill and needed to call the ambulance.

Staff was excellent - facility had an English speaker available 24/7. Asked me what I might be interested in seeing while I was in Tbilisi and assisted me with locations, suggesting shows I might be interested in. They always sent me out with the information written in Georgian in case I got lost! Friendly, helpful, courteous. Only one suggestion - perhaps adding the hostel name and address on the business card in the Georgian alphabet for taxi drivers.

Great location in Old Town. Near Metro. Staff speaks excellent English and is very helpful in planning tours. Host provided city tour of Tbilisi with good English explanations. Car & driver available for tours outside Tbilisi, but with limited guide capabilities. Good places to eat are nearby. Single bathroom on top floor shared by all rooms there. Room furnishings were very limited. Beds minimal.

The extremely welcoming and helpful staff made us instantly feel at home at Old Town. It's also in a great location just off the main street of the old town. You can walk everywhere!

Nice staff, good location (though a bit hard to find first without street signs), nice rooms... My mattress was a bit bumpy, but not a big a deal for me. The bathroom floor was FREEZING, took very quick showers :D I appreciated the spacy locker and the sufficient heating system in the room.
