Great place in a quiet side street of the main shopping area, very close by foot to the Main Ghat. The hotel and the rooms look exactly like the pictures on hostelworld and they are very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Gave us an upgrade to an ensuite room and even arranged an auto-rikshaw free of charge to the train station when leaving. Back-up electricity works perfect, 24/7 lights and fan in the rooms. Food is delicious. Rooftop is an excellent place to hang out.

I thought the hostel was very good considering the price I paid. There were no bed bugs, however my sheets were covered in hair from the previous visitor.I had been given a double ensuite at 1st as my single room was taken (I didn't pay extra for the double which was great). The bathroom was clean enough although there was cold water only & squat toilets. The wifi was good but could only be used in the cafe area by reception. The hostel staff were helpful enough, but they do try to scam you.

The hostel is all fine: clean, close to the main street, and, well, has great food:) It's not close to any of the ghats (=the river), but hey - it doesn't advertise its location as such, so I myself knew I had to walk a bit to reach the Ganga. I think it's a good deal for the price, and the main guy working here can help you with your further travels. If you're not looking for too much of luxury, you'll be fine.

Ensuite was great and cheap. Only bad thing was location. It is not 500m from river. More like 2000. Also it is not easy to find hostel.

This hostel is correct when you consider everything except the price. When you consider the value for the buck, it is excellent. It was one of the cheapest hostel and we were very satisfied at almost every aspect. And the services is very good as well and it is one of the most important point to us. In fact, we recommand it. You have to be aware that it is 15-20 minutes walk fom the gange. The street is amazingly busy, but it is an experience that you have to live in India.

The hostel is about 15 walking minutes away from the main ghat. The rooms are simple but clean and cheap. Bhai and the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and recommend it to everyone who doesn't mind the walk on the busy street.
