The owner was bad-mannered, cheated us with the room. And the one that gave us was FULL of cockroaches throughout. Quite dirty, and the breakfast is tea, nothing more. A shame of place.

When IArrived I paid 65Euro(priceConfirmed inFebruary!)inTheOwner’sPresence butAfter15 min. a hostelWorkerCameToMyRoomAndToldMeToPayExtraMoney – 15 E. I wasSoSurprisedThatDecidedToGoBackToTheLady-hostelOwnerToAskWhyShould I pay additional 15E? Tthe woman WAS TALKING TO ME EXTREMELY AGRESSIVELY AND SUGGESTED A WORSE ROOM IF I DID NOT LIKE TO PAY MORE. What is more she claimed the right to be the only person in charge there, and she made me leave the hostel. Room full of cockroaches, anyway!

The hostel has no lockers, was very dirty, and no one is in reception past 7pm. The neighborhood it great, but the hostel itself is not.

No one at reception, no AC, only a small fan had to make change for hostel payment, lockers were flimsy, Ant on the wall roaches in the cupboard, no shower doors, water would turn off automatically, staff was rude, worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at.

Very good location in the old town. The staff was very helpful to organize our day trip to Massada. And rooms on the top have an amazing view of all old city.

I and my partner enjoyed our stay in Yaffa hostel, its character and busyiness of staff that was most helpful and accomodating. The trees in front of teh hotel - never cut them, the fragrance permeated teh rooms and it was a lovely feature!.

This was a great place to stay with fantastic staff and an easily accessible location. The building had great character and we enjoyed sitting on the roof in the evenings. The only slight downside was the absence of any natural light in our private room, which was a bit dark. The fans in the room were very effective but rather noisy considering we needed to keep them on all night.
