Before the check-in was available, I left my huge backpack there and went out to see the city. It was nice that I came back near the midnight and there was still a staff to help check-in. Although the bath curtain fell off before the staff showed me the bathroom at my floor, there were still two next to the reception, that they were quite clean for me. The kitchen looked nice but I have no idea how it looked during meal time. I stayed for quite a very short time but I think it worth.

Hostel was good value and great location near La Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell. 30 minute walk from Las Ramblas, which is fine if you are expecting that. The staff was constantly cleaning and very nice and helpful. We even went out with some of them. Rooms were spacious, there are no security lockers in them but you can leave valuables at reception if you wish. The kitchen and common area are small and just the basics, as they say when you check-in, don't expect to cook a Christmas dinner here.

For this price everything was OK. Good location, nice staff. One disadvantage is long wait for a bathroom.

1I suggest the manager of the hostel to be a more patient person. I still remember the way she yelled to some girls in my room... 2) staying in the 4th floor without lift is somehow tiring...

This is a great central location just outside Sagrada Familia with a metro station next to it. It's got everything you need for your personal hygiene and comfortable stay of satisfactory standard. There are nice parks on either side of the cathedral where you can relax on the bench enjoying the great Barcelona climate in beautiful surroundings. As you come outside the hostel few doors up, there is a nice, quality and good value for money Kebab House with very friendly staff (El Rey de Istanbul).

I liked the staff here, the woman on the reception was really really kind and helpful. The hostel - when you compare with the money - was a nice place. The bathrooms and rooms were clean. The hostel is really close to Sagrada Familia. The only problem that we had, we stayed there during the january and at nights the rooms were being so so cold because the windows were not so protective that you can feel the wind inside of the room. Apart from that problem, it was nice to stay there.

Great location - very close to Sagrada Família. Very nice staff: we even got an extra blanket (though it was not enough for two persons). In the room it was quite cold - no heating and thinn blankets. The bathroom was nice but always dirty - I did not have enough courage to take a shower there. The floor was always full of water - around the clock. The sink was blocked - after cleaning the teeth it was full of water. Probably it is because of too many people using the same bathroom.

The best part of the hostel is the location, very central 1 block from the Sagrada Familia, and the metro station is very close, also many buses pass near it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the room had some closets and the beds, that was it. The main room of the hostel had the reception, the kitchen with plates and glasses and cutlery, there was also a refrigerator and a small dinning place. Overall for the price this is excellent hostel with great Wifi.

The staff is excellent! So friendly and so accommodating! But the facilities available are so average and bad that it's so surprising! But I am glad they made that up with their travel plans

It's good for the price it's charged. It's a number of apartments converted to a hostel. It doesn't have a proper hostel structure, like a common area, but then again... For the price it's not that bad.

Let me begin with the fact that somebody vomited in the bathroom and it took more than 24 hours for the staff to clean it. Also, the window in my room was broken and it was winter and obviously there was no heating. The hostel has a horrible smell on all the floors. Although promised on the web-site, there was no wi-fi in my room. The response of the staff to my complaints was deeply irritating. This is the worst hostel experience and I would never recommend this hostel to anyone.

Friendly staff, perfect location, neat and tidy room. The only disadvantage was lack of any furniture like wardrobe, chair etc., not even a thing to place a coat on.
