Private rooms are very nice. The flat is shared with other privates, with a shared kitchen. All mod-cons, MUCH nicer, quieter, and more peaceful than the more 'hostel' like section! That being said, if you want more a sense of community, stay in the dorms.

Absolutely awesome place, my favourite city in during my trip. Olga and her husband are so choice, I would go back there for sure! Only thing is the lockers are small, and there is no laundry facility on site. Everything else is awesome

One of the most enjoyable stays in a hostel I've ever had. This is in part to the people who were staying there, but also due to Olga, Raphael, and Sean who run the place. It's the little touches that makes Olgas place so good. The beds are made on arrival, and fresh towels are available upon request. The kitchen and tv room are always full of people and conversations, and once in a while you might get a magic show or Paella from Raphael.

Was amazing! The staff was great, and the vibe the hostel had was second to none. Probably the best hostel in San Sebastian!

I stayed at Olga's place for 2 and a half weeks in the end.. such a great place with an incredibly friendly atmosphere and homely feel. I have to say that San Sebastian is truly a beautiful place visit.. Olga, Rafael and Sean go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. I will definitely go back to Olga's place in my future travels, I can't recommend it highly enough! Always very clean and tidy, everyone is respectful, fun and all keen for pinxto's! Yum.. Cheers, Nat (Australia)

We booked a private room and it was incredible! Our private bathroom was luxurious and we had a beautiful view from out little balcony. The staff were amazing!! The location was perfect and we met some awesome people who were also staying there.

A small but cool hostel a block away from the beach and about a 20 minute walk away from the city center. The owner is a very funny guy that likes to interact with guests. Rooms are clean and the hostel has a kitchen, a tv room and free wifi.

I read great reviews about Olga´s so I was expecting something different. The person who received us in order for us to leave our luggage was unpleasant and unfriendly and had us leave our luggage in a completely unlocked room literally full of junk- cigarette boxes, dirty shoes and clothes etc. Nobody was available for checkout, so we had to track Olga down by phone (who got defensive), leave the keys and she charged us later. The room was clean and nice but the service was abysmal.

Wonderful hostel!!! Best I have ever stayed at. Imagine your ideal hostel experience - kind staff, great people, making friends. This is it! I could not have had more fun in a hostel. The staff are wonderful and instantly become your friends, everyone is open and hangs out together. My one suggestion is to get large lockers.

Great low-cost option in San Sebastian. Stayed in the private room (vs. dorm style). Good location (everything is really close in San Sebastian though). Olga was helpful and had the shower fixed right away when we let her know there was a problem.

It's a proper apartment with all the facilities and a very friendly atmosphere, the staff is incredibly nice although they don't speak much English, but I happened to be Spanish so I didn't have any problems
