A very nice Hostel with a stunning beach-view. The facitilies where clean and lovingly made. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. It was a great time there!

I loved this hostel. We had a bright, airy room with views of the setting sun. Each "area" has two bedrooms, so there's few people fighting over kitchen space/bathroom/tv etc. It's a bit like staying in an apartment with four other room mates. Great balconies to sit on and enjoy the day, or BBQ on. 2-hour limit on kayak rentals, but you can get a good distance with them before having to head back. Located across from the ocean, but a distance from the main town centre. Would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would stay again. We were very fortunate to share with an awesome young couple with whom we will keep connected. Thank you to the helpful & friendly staff.

Thoughtfull and friendly staff. It was the first time in a hostel that the receptionist walked with me to the room. Very personal approach to customers. A lot of YHA's are jbackpacker factories, but this one stands out. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Amazing view from the huuuuge windows, very nice kitchen. Hostel is made with love. I enjoyed my stay!

I have been traveling for 6 months and this hostel was one of the best I have stayed at. I think it's partly because the staff - Sue specifically, were so friendly. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen well maintained, and they are in a beautiful location.

Excellent location right on the beachfront. Really liked the fact that they offered free rentals on boogie boards and kayaks. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff friendly but inconvenient location (15min walk out of town and away from all other hostels/amenities) and unclean (found urine in the toilet, dirty dishes all over the kitchen). Also very uncomfortable atmosphere in living area attached to kitchen which put me off spending time in there. My room was next to the living area and it was very loud at night when people were trying to get to sleep. Wouldn't stay here again. Moved to turtlecove the next day and found this so much better!

Nice setup!

People were nice, our dorm was very clean and had a nice homely feel. The location was good, only a few mins walk from the town centre and the reception was very helpful with advice for things around the area. Would stay there again!
