We are located in the city centre, in a five minute walking distance from central train station, taxi stand, bus stop for all directions, 10 min. from historical area, fair district and shopping area. The airport is 3 km. far away.
There is ADSL.
WE DON'T OFFER A FUN!!!

One Room is a real family-run home, NOT A HOTEL, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We offer a room, silent and confortable, with private bathroom, scrupulously cleaned every day. Hairdryer, towels and toiletries are available.
We offer our warm welcome and kindness, we expect respect and good manners.


Our guests can taste breakfast buffet .Upon request, breakfast for coeliac guests or with particular needs are prepared.

We remind our guests that good manners are highly appreciated. They make the sharing of a home a lovely experience.


Check in: from 14.00 and not later than 09.00pm
Check out: within 10.30am
Please, advise about arrival time.
Payment: cash on arrival, after out gest will recive the keys.

Cancellation: one night penalty in the event of a failure of the customers to arrive.

Smoking: allowed only on the balcony.
