Such a friendly, comfortable place to stay. One Room's host, Nicoletta, is charming and chatty and extremely helpful - providing maps, information and advice - as well as a tasty breakfast and a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. A nice 15 minute stroll from the centre of city, One Room has a great location in a quiet street near the railway station, and offers the perfect base to explore Bologna and beyond. Thank you Nicoletta and Carolina for making us feel so welcome!

The stay at One Room, was fabulous due to our host's generosity and kindness. The Apartment is beautiful and we had a lovely time. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was always clean. If I return to Bologna I will defiantly stay in One Room again, or just pop by to see how Nicola is. The walk into town is short around 15 minutes to get to the centre, and the walk is beautiful as well as the whole of Bologna is a dream. Thank you Nicola, for being such a wonderful host!

We enjoyed our stay in One Room very much thanks to the hospitality of Nicoletta (the owner) and the wonderfull, cosy place. Nicoletta was very warm and gave us a lot of information about the city and where to go for nice restaurants etc.... We would recommand it to everyone to stay there! Also a fair price for the facilities you get.
