Good hostel, clean rooms. Not enough bathrooms for a whole floor and the water in the showers had this metallic smell that just stuck to you. For bus tickets, tours etc they charge more than from a travel agent, so definitely ask around. Great location. Can watch movies on tv with folks, easy to meet other travelers.

I don't know how you train your staff but they were brilliant. Happy to help and so informative. Location is fantastic and on site laundry and breakfast made this Hostel a great home base when away on day trips.

I was only meant to stay one night at this hostel and move to mad monkey the next day but really enjoyed it so ended up staying for 4 nights! Staff were so friendly and nice, rooms were spotless and the bathrooms were great. You can even flush the toilet paper! They also have a kitchen facility downstairs where you can help yourself to the kettle etc, which I really liked as you can save money eating out and buy instant noodles from the mini mart right next door!

The lockers in my room got robbed, however you are given a key on arrival for them, so it's not with your own padlock. It just didn't feel safe to leave your valuables when someone managed to get a cut of the locker keys. Apart from That , great hostel and great location.

Rooms and bathrooms were always clean! Location is perfect, only few steps away from Pub Street. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I chose this hostel because I also stayed in the one stop hostel in Phnom Phen and I really liked it there. However, this one in Siem Reap is very different and I didn't like it. The staff was sometimes really unfriendl and not helpful at all. Also the atmosphere was not good. In the common area it was always very loud because of the TV and the music, sometimes you couldn't even understand what the person next to you said. But it was very clean and the facilities are new and nice!

for all the hostels ive stayed in this trip, one stop is my favourite, best place to meet people, great atmosphere, really close to the pub street, old market, and night market.the only thing i was not happy about was that they charge 1 dollar just for using the hair dryer.

Great hostel in an ideal location, not far from the pub street and restaurants. The rooms were extremely clean and well air conditioned. The tv in the main reception area is also a great place to chill out and watch movies with the other travellers. The wifi connection was strong too. Would highly recommend staying at one stop.

The hostel was in a great location (right beside pubstreet). The rooms were clean, I never had to wait for the bathrooms and the beds were comfy. The staff was very friendly but when they booked our bus out of siem reap they told us the wrong pick up time so we had to pay for another bus.

Nice hostel but very little space in the dorms for bags. Very noisy at night in corridors and rooms. People asked other guests to be quiet but hey just got louder. Helpful staff but not with noise reduction.

The location is really great, its right around the corner from Pub Street. The atmosphere is also quite nice and it's easy to meet people. The best thing about this hostel though, is the beds. They (along with the one stop in Phnom Penh) are the comfiest beds I have found in Southeast Asia. So great!

Good, clean hostel just around the corner from pub street so it's perfect for location. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is good too. Common area is situated at the reception area and at times it was crowded with groups who were extremely loud however the rooms are still very quiet and it didn't affect me when I wanted to sleep so it wouldn't stop me from staying again. Overall this is a good place to stay and I would return here.

Social area downstairs, but thick doors keep the rooms quiet. Each bed had a shelf, mirror, light, and outlet which was great! The lockers were spacious and the AC was nice and cold. The location was the best part, steps away from all the food, pub street, and markets. You get a discount on spa services at the place next door, great pedicure and super cheap!

Really great staff and all facilities were great. Good social hostel. Stayed an extra 2 nights. Only negatives 1. The free airport transfer did not arrive and they ignored my request to have the 7 dollar taxi fee cover an extra night. 2. Tuk tuks for Angor wat are 5-10 dollars cheaper if you haggle yourself with the hundreds on the streets.
