Good place! Made good friends and location is great!
The hostel was conveniently located close to Pub street, and the price was reasonable. The bathrooms could be kept a little cleaner. The showers were average and broke while I was there, but the staff did not make much of an effort to make repairs. The hostel should also do a better job of enforcing it's quiet/no visitors policy at night - two girls in my female dorm room brought guys back, however when another guest informed a staff member, they did not do anything about it.
A nice hostel. Great common room and very clean toilets and showers. Dorm rooms are pretty cramped when you think about the price and that you can get a individual room elsewhere in town for only a few dollars more. But its good if you´re traveling on your own and want to meet people.
I stayed four nights so i could hav time to visit the temples, kulen waterfall and have a walk in the city. In my opinion the hostel is excellent. I stayed in a 4 bed female dorm, which was very clean and comfy beds. I met other solo travelers and we visited other places together. Wifi connection is very good and the staff is helpful! Definittely, I recommend this hostel, this is why i decided to stay at the One Stop in Phnom Penh.
Clean and modern hostel a short walk from 'Pub Street'. Has everything you'd need and the lounge area is a nice touch.
Constant power cuts were annoying and made the forms extremely hot.
My stay at One Stop was fantastic really couldn't find anything to fault them on. I stayed for three nights while I was visiting Siem Reap. I stayed in the 6 bed female doorm and everything was perfect had massive storage lockers that could fit my giant bag and the beds where comfy and wide as well as it was great having your own mirror light and powere point with every bed area so there wasn't any stuffing around trying to share one PowerPoint with 6 other girls, the common area was fantastic
Good hostel, clean rooms. Not enough bathrooms for a whole floor and the water in the showers had this metallic smell that just stuck to you. For bus tickets, tours etc they charge more than from a travel agent, so definitely ask around. Great location. Can watch movies on tv with folks, easy to meet other travelers.
Best location, friendly staff, clean rooms & facilities and nice lounge area to hang out with other people. For Cambodia maybe a bit pricey but definitely worth a visit!
I don't know how you train your staff but they were brilliant. Happy to help and so informative. Location is fantastic and on site laundry and breakfast made this Hostel a great home base when away on day trips.
I was only meant to stay one night at this hostel and move to mad monkey the next day but really enjoyed it so ended up staying for 4 nights! Staff were so friendly and nice, rooms were spotless and the bathrooms were great. You can even flush the toilet paper! They also have a kitchen facility downstairs where you can help yourself to the kettle etc, which I really liked as you can save money eating out and buy instant noodles from the mini mart right next door!

It was in a really great location. The beds were really comfy and clean. The staff were also very friendly and cute. Also, a very good common room.
BEste location ever! Best place to stay if your backpakking. Loved the time over there.
Fantastic modern hostel with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and functioning facilities. The whole hostel is very spacious which shows in the rooms. Perhaps the only tiny thing that was unpleasant was the gecko outside crying all night!

The lockers in my room got robbed, however you are given a key on arrival for them, so it's not with your own padlock. It just didn't feel safe to leave your valuables when someone managed to get a cut of the locker keys. Apart from That , great hostel and great location.
Rooms and bathrooms were always clean! Location is perfect, only few steps away from Pub Street. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I chose this hostel because I also stayed in the one stop hostel in Phnom Phen and I really liked it there. However, this one in Siem Reap is very different and I didn't like it. The staff was sometimes really unfriendl and not helpful at all. Also the atmosphere was not good. In the common area it was always very loud because of the TV and the music, sometimes you couldn't even understand what the person next to you said. But it was very clean and the facilities are new and nice!
for all the hostels ive stayed in this trip, one stop is my favourite, best place to meet people, great atmosphere, really close to the pub street, old market, and night market.the only thing i was not happy about was that they charge 1 dollar just for using the hair dryer.
Great hostel in an ideal location, not far from the pub street and restaurants. The rooms were extremely clean and well air conditioned. The tv in the main reception area is also a great place to chill out and watch movies with the other travellers. The wifi connection was strong too. Would highly recommend staying at one stop.
