Our room was clean but we had no window. But was okay for one night. I would recommend to use you own lock for the lockers. Staff was very friendly though and booked all the transports for us. Go visit the killing fields!! Unbelievable experience!
The friendliest and most helpful staff ever! Always polite and smiley! Great cheap breakfast, clean, good showers, comfy beds, all the facilities you could want from a hostel! Good wifi too!
Hostel was nice and had a fun lounge floor to watch movies and have a chill night. Staff was very friendly each time you walked through the door. Only thing I was a little uncomfortable with is that a girl checked out of the dorm early and 2 cleaning ladies came in to change the sheets quite early, but instead of changing them, they both crawled into the bed and started sleeping. It was a little awkward, especially when I needed to get up and get ready.
Staff were so friendly! If your looking for somewhere to stay and feel safe it's great!

After staying at other One Stop Hostels throughout Cambodia my friend and I were expecting a similar experience however unfortunately we had money stolen out of our locker that the hostel had provided for us, they use their own padlocks and keys and when we left for a day out sightseeing we asked if reception would look after our room key to ensure safety, upon our return we noticed money missing and the hostel do not take responsibility for any valuables left in the rooms. Very disappointing.

Not much armosphere in the hostel despite being quite full. Felt the hostel could do more to bring guests together, such as arrange film nights in the common area. It's clean and nice enough and easy to get around. Their tuk tuk drivers are fantastic!
Very good hostel. Clean, close to everything and the staff are great! I would certainly stay there again.
nice hostel and great location. staff were really nice and the rooms were comfy. i liked that the communal are has a guitar lying around for anyone to play too. heading back through phnom penh and will likely stay here again
Enjoyed my stay at One Hostel (Phnom Penh). The beds are clean and comfortable. The shared toilet and bath were always clean. Very close to convenience store, ATM and restaurants. Walking distance to tourist areas like the Royal Palace, Sisowath Quay, National Museum, Wat Ounalum, and the Night Market. The Hostel Staff organizes a daily trip to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Killing fields for $5 ($20/4people). Got to watch the Killing Fields at the Mezzanine common area.

Excellent hostel, great location, friendly staff and decent breakfast.
Very good hostel! Brilliant staff! Great pancakes in the morning and cheap trips to the killing fields! Definitely recommend!
Great hostel! Very clean, secure and the staff are awesome. If you are looking for a party hostel, this might not be it. The location is great relative to restaurants and pub street, but it seems all the travelers from our hostel go to another hostel or bar to pre. Very close to the huge night market and right on the river. Great location.
The hostel is good in general, but as already mentioned before the doors for the shower and toilet are frosted which means that you can see the silhouette of someone sitting on the toilet. Furthermore they used so much of an chemical smelling air freshener which made me feel sick. The staff is very kind and helpful.
I had a great stay except for just one issue; the staff gave me the key to another person's locker. When I opened up the locker assigned to me, I found another backpacker's laptop inside. I went to the front desk, and they quickly gave me another key. I went back upstairs, opened up the locker, and found another person's wallet inside. It wasn't until the third key that I finally got an empty locker. Leaving my stuff inside was slightly terrifying.
It's not really the hostels fault but when I stayed there was construction work right next door that started very early in the morning. I also found the room very hot. The location was excellent and the staff very friendly.
Really relaxed hostel perfect for a nice and quite night, amazing people, the staff is super friendly and helpful, location is great, right next to a lot of sights downtown at the riverside, I'll definitely recommend this place !
This was a great place to stay. It is right on the river and there are many entertainment options around. The breakfast is cheap and well worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is easy to get into a group trip as they have a board posted with available slots. This saves some money if you don't have a group already. Good air con and good wifi. My floor only had one bathroom and shower, but you could go to another floor. Overall a good place to stay.
Friendly and helpful staff, lots of movies and a guitar in the chillout area, and great value for money breakfast. Choppy wifi, noisy from the traffic, at the moment lots of construction noise in the building next door which always starts at 9 AM, and it's in the red light district so all the bars in the area are brothels, and the normal nightlife area isn't very close by.
