Staff was great. The complaints others have about lockout, only cash and cleanliness are validated and could be improved... But I have stayed elsewhere in Paris and found that as a whole Oops stacks up well and is a good value for the money it charged. Also most guests (including me) were trying to extend our stay but couldn't as it was fully booked. That says something about quality.

The hostel is pretty cool en many ways but seems just a little careless, small things like paint. Its a great place to be if you´re avoiding big masses hostels but want something in between.

Hostel was fine, I could live with being kicked out all day as I was only there for a weekend but I still think it's a bit odd. Location is excellent, loads of incredible cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. There wasn't much going on though, I felt like it was a place people just come to sleep, there didn't seem to be much of a community atmosphere. Not enough power sockets in the rooms. I would recommend, but just for the location.

Pro: Location. 3 metro lines in front of the house. Staff is very nice and helpful. Con: Limited number of lockers and only outside the rooms. Recent thefts.

Great hostel, good location, good breakfast. Don't leave valuables in your room, they have lockers on every floor.

Lock out is a bit strange. Lockers are less than 1 ft x 1 ft and are only meant for valuables. For this location there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance (15 min). Most historic attractions are at least a 30 minute walk away. Hostel atmosphere and staff was not very social.

This is a great hostel! The location is a few minutes away from 2 metro stations, it was one of the cleanest hostels I have ever stayed at, and the free breakfast was a delicious added bonus! The best part though was definitely the staff who were eager to help and offered great advice. There is a lock-out from 11am to 4pm which didn't bother me at all, but if you want to sleep all day, this is not the hostel for you. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Had a pleasant stay, the person at the desk was helpful and completely fluent in English, which I appreciated. Bathrooms were modern and clean.

The staff is its best feature. Subway is really close to the place and the rooms are small but nice. They do have a stupid rule that from 11 am to 16 pm you cant stay in ur room even when u already have checked in. No credit cards are accepted.

Great location! Right next to a major metro line. Saw a mouse in the kitchen, but otherwise a nice place. The breakfast was good, nice and filling, you could eat as much as you wanted.

First day I arrived I sat down to eat and a tiny grey mouse scurried past my feet. After squealing about how adorable it was I realized I should be concerned with cleanliness. When looking for the little fuzzball under the counters I got a glimpse of quite a bit of filth. Kitchen usage (fridge, plates) was off limits to guests. No alcohol allowed. Lockers only on floors 2-3 out of 6. Beds felt pretty clean but were so squeaky we could hear our neighbors above and next to us. Good location!

Oops hostel was a joy to stay in. Easy to find when comming in from charles de gaulle airport. The location was lovely, easy to get the metro into town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was also an added bonus. The room we stayed in was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. I would stay here again. The only negative I would say is the pricel.

They won't take credit cards, only cash. They don't let you stay in the room from 11 am to 4 pm. That's just nonsense. What is the point of paying for a bed if you can't use it half of the day. Also, you can't check in befor 4 pm. The front desk people are the worst. The rooms are definitely way too small. You have to squeeze in if everybody is in. And the worst part, the place is not really clean. After my first night there, I woke up all bitten up by flees. It was so disgusting.

Very smalll room, dirty blanket. Location and price is reasonable. Suit for backpacker overnight. not for chill out in the room.

Everything was perfect, except for these bunch of retarded teenagers and their teacher, whom instead of controlling the situation, joined them in their unconsiderate rave. You should ban those assholes from the hostal for ever. Everything else: Excellent! :)

Pointing out the good things about this hostel is an easy thing to do, since there were few that i could remember: Good location for sure and clean bathrooms. If i were to select some negative points, they definitely should be: No credit cards accepted, rooms were closed from 11am to 4pm, despite the cleanliness of the bathroom, the room didn't seem to follow, no lockers in the rooms or whatsoever, just a little luggage room. Would not stay again.
