Breakfast was BAD. Hardly worth mentioning there was breakfast when it was just two buns. There didn't seem to be any policy on a quiet time - there were doors slamming and people yelling until 4 am. I realize this isn't completely the hostels fault, but with no policy on a quiet time it becomes theirs. The hostel was clean and had a nice bathroom. It was close to a metro. Perhaps for a group of 18 year olds staying together they would rate it very highly (as you can be as loud as you want).

I stayed in a small two twin bunk bed room where there isn't a lot of space to leave your bag. There are no lockers inside the room so valuables must be left behind with the receptionist. The beds squeek a lot. The ensuite bathroom and shower stall was convenient and clean. Breakfast was adequate. Internet were really slow in my room so it was better to be at the lobby. A plus was the common room where they have a small kitchenette and an elevator.

The staff were friendly at times but sometimes got snappy. This was my only complaint about the hostel. Otherwise good location, internet connectivity is good in the lobby but horrible in the rooms, good facilities. For the price that I paid I am very happy with what the hostel provided.

WiFi did not work. Yeah I know it's Orange's fault, but they should find a solution to make it more reliable. Otherwise everything was OK, clean enough, beds simple. Staff friendly, albeit a little confused and uncertain. Breakfast overpriced, don't get the pricing. Generally recommend this place.

was a good breakfast thx. would warn people who go on the "free" walking tour (not your responsibility of course) that quite a bit of pressure is applied to pay a fair tip. bit over the top. detracts from the enjoyment. thank you

The staff were really unhelpful and the beds are the loudest ones I have slept on after a year and a half in hostel dorm rooms. Everything was clean and the design was nice but you cant be paying for design if your on a budget.

Positives are great location, clean, great decor for a hostel, even had a little balcony. The negatives are no electricity on Fri night & no hot water Sat morn (ridiculous!) Staying at a hostel you expect things to be basic but electricity, hot water are pretty much top of the list. Staff was well there\'s nothing we can do about it. Asked would we get a refund for 1 night as facilities not working but no. They said they would have to refund everyone & I agreed and said yes you should!!!

The Hostel has a very good infrastructure, nice staff, very close to subway station and clean. However they get a little confused when they are full booked, had problems with hot water, lights and they got lost with booking list. Not serious problems, everything was resolved.

OOPS is a fitting name. My stay started ok when I walked into my room and originally had it to myself. There was no toilet tissue in the room and when it was brought up my door was left open and unlocked by staff while I was gone. When I was about to go to bed at 11:30pm a group of loud young women arriving from Asia came in.THEN the power went out in the hostel and was never explained. My roommates flooded the bathroom and the power was not returned in the room- full of loud teenagers. Awful.

Nice place, good service from staff, however, there were like 20 teenagers shouting and knocking doors at 3 am in the 5th floor, so we couldn't sleep well.

My 3rd hostel in Paris but not the best unfortunately, due to wifi barely working, our booking being changed from female to mixed dorm (without us being told), room swipe keys not working, very cramped rooms, rude breakfast host, average city location, expensive cost and worst of all, locked out of rooms between 11-4 every day. On the plus side, it's was fairly clean and the breakfast was the best I've had in a hostel?

My main complaines are about the cleanliness of the room. The bed sheets and towels in the bathroom were very used and not very clean. Also I did not notice that some cleaning had been carried in the room during my stay at the hostel. Difinitly they must improve in the cleanliness.

the location of this hostel is really very comfortable. it is betweeen two mtro stations. but they have really stupid rule that I have never met anywhere - you can't be at the hostel from 11 to 16 (for 5 hours!!!), so when we just came to Paris from Amsterdam and really wanted to take a shower and change our clothes (we came at 11^20 or something) we couldn't do it till 16^00. really stupid! the room for 4 was rather small, even not big enough to get 3 big luggage bag inside ( I saw rooms forl

Very clean and tidy in a great part of Paris. Basically a typical modern hostel - little character, but a good place to sleep. Wifi did not work very well outside of the ground floor. Overall, I would stay here again.
