This hostel is amazing, Staff are brilliant and friendly, always happy to help. It is a bit annoying that you can't get into the rooms until 4pm or 4:30pm I forget the exact time. I understand why, but it would be nice to be able to go in at 2pm. I really can't fault the hostel though, I've stayed in it 3 times and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris. Highly recommended.

Parts of the staff are very friendly and helpful, but the owners not. Could be cleaner in the bath. Broken shower basins should be replaced, since water is coming trough the ceiling. (Not all rooms). Location is very good. No ktchen available (even no plates or spoons). Price ok for Paris.

An amazing hostel, good location if you don't have the money to stay next to the Eiffel tower (hahaha). For sure if I went back, I will stay there again. Really good free breakfast and facilities. I TOTALLY recommend you to stay there! for sure :)

The hostel doesn't have a kitchen which is unfortunate. Even without the kitchen, it was one of the better hostels I have stayed at.

They should have lockers in the rooms and individual lights in beds, otherwise excellent choice overall.

Overall, we really enjoyed this hostel. The atmosphere was great, and it lives up to its name as a design hostel. Breakfast was also very good and there are two metro stops close by, making transportation relatively easy. A few drawbacks: our room was rather small (sharing among four friends). I can imagine it would be difficult to share with strangers. And no lockers in the room, but there is a communal safe at reception that we didn't use so you have to be responsible for your valuables.

Small but quite nice rooms with a good ensuite bathroom. Bunks are average and noisy. Terrible staff - rude, unhelpful, and don't know the area well. No lockers etc. in the rooms. Satisfactory hostel but nothing special.

A very decent stay for a couple of nights in Paris. Location is good (close to metro, Rue Mouffetard & Saint Germain). Don't bring a huge suitcase; rooms are not very big. Staff is lazy, but who cares: you're in Paris, the only thing you have to do in the hostel is sleep!

Friendly staff, good location, clean rooms. However there should be lockers in the rooms to store valuable things. And some sofas to hang out or read in would be nice!

Very clean, good breakfast, easy and free acess to internet, good location with several tube lines and buses (Place d'Italie) and within walking distance of Pantheon and Quartier Latin. Not good: The 4 bed room we stayed was narrow, without lockers or any device/space to keep our belongings and luggage.

This was my first time in Paris and I thought I made a fine decision to stay. Breakfast was a classic and was nice for a second coffee or juice. On the other hand, the staff was kinda bit in their own world unless you were asking a question about something. Nevertheless, they are helpful.

The mirrors and fake cowhide everywhere only made this hostel slightly okay. Unfriendly staff (for the most part), breakfast that was too early for most young travelers, and poorly draining/ventilated bathrooms made my stay rather unpleasant. Also, the bunk beds were very squeaky. Felt very corporate and contrived. Maybe just not my style.

The 2 nights I stayed there, they never threw away a apple that was on the balcony, and another apple that was in an empty bed, for 2 days!!!

Some people of the hostel is not very kind, maybe a little unpolite. But, the locations is very good, althought it need to take the Metro or walk like half a hour (what is very charming to do in Paris). The hostel is cleaness, but you musto to leave the hostel in afternoon... Anyway, its a goog hostel with no so goog people, specially some girl like one called Marcela
