Nice atmosphere and really laid back. We felt very safe and secure. The staff were immensely friendly and helpful, and most importantly not overbearing. We were really touched that on the last day the owner went out of his way to call us a taxi and help us get our suitcases into it! So sweet! We thought the location was great too - not central to Seoul nightlife, but close enough to a subway stop that it didn't matter! We also really appreciated that our room was very warm and comfortable! :D

We had a really nice stay here. The hostel was clean, tidy and very welcoming. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the subway. It's within easy walking distance to the main palaces and Bukchon Hanok Village (a must see area). The only minor thing that let it down was staff lack of knowledge regarding subway times. If you're arriving here late subways generally run up to around 12 - 1a.m from the Express Bus Terminal / Nambu and Seoul Station. Staff did not know this.

Great little Hostel. We only stayed a couple of nights, but Danny picked us up from the bus station and was very helpful with tips and advice. The hostel is located right near a metro stop so its easy to get around. Breakfast was very simple - just toast, juice and coffee - but the free laundry was great.

It needs to be clean otherwise there is no point in taking off your shoes when you enter the house.

This is not a party hostel, but that doesn't mean it's boring. Especially for girls: it is very safe to walk in this neighborhood, even at night by your self. Coffee, tea, bread, peanut butter, jelly, juice freely available day and night. Not far away from some good coffee places, supermarket, drug store etc etc (but not too close so you have to noise). Metro station very close (1 minute walk). Good showers (loads of hot water).
