We loved the fact they had kitchen! We made a nice italian dinner :)

The adress of Oporto backpackers take you to a door with indications to another hostel 500m. away. People is dispatched to diferent hostels depending on the room. We stayed in that hostel (Republica do Fado Oporto Hostel). The common rooms are nice and new, but the building is old. My room was ok except for a huge damp in a corner hidden with a wardrobe on front. We had to leave the window opened to solve the dampness smell. The staff was really happy to help but there was no wifi in this one...

Staff, location and rooms were great but we didn't feel very safe there as there was no locks on the bedroom doors and even though the sign on the main door said please keep closed, it was wide open when we returned back from the centre. Also we booked to stay in one place, had to check in at another and in the end stayed in a completely different building. If you drive give yourself bit extra time to find parking space as it is a problem in a day.

I thinks it is a very cheap and nice hostel. The rooms were very nice and the kitchen was very usefull.

Habitacion muy cómoda, no es como los hostels normales, cada habitación es independiente del resto...como de hotel. muy bien ubicado y prolijo,
