The perfect hostel! Really cool atmosphere, friendly staff, great kitchen for cooking, wifi worked perfectly, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommended...we'll be going back!

This is a great hostel and we are staying here for sure when we come back. The location is perfect inBairro Alto (wich is perfect if you want to have dinner and/or go out). Lovely staff, great events, the rooms are alright. Big common area with a small bar, a nice kitchen with a chef making a delicious breakfast everyday for only 3€. Really nice backyard! I met so many amazing people here, I highly recommend it.

very understanding, competent and kind staff (Gisela and Mafalda ) our bedroom was not isolated from the bar's excessively high decibels until 4 in the morning on week-ends but we are conscious that this is not the hostel's fault

The receptionist at day shift didn't deliver the room key at check in, so I didn't know how to keep my valuables in safety, the receptionist never stood in the commom room to clarify doubts i had to wait till he apears .I wasn't warned about walking tours or activities, the same receptionist only gave maps. The room had dust. The receptionist at night shift was ery helpful, she helped with suggestions to go out at night and also made calls to help us.And I have to thank the breakfast out of hours.

One of the best hostels I've ben to! The place is really nice, you'll love it's cozy common room with its books and games, porto vine as a complimentary drink when you arrive, it's kitchen full of colours and also the rooms are ok:) The staff is great, they'll send you to the best (even secret!) places :) Thanks a lot!

The hostel is above a discotheque and the music was super loud from around 11-3am. The bathroom was funky but not all that practical.
