Our room (ALBA), was rather disappointing. I think it was the only room that had a private bathroom and it seems to have been added to the private rooms’ accommodation as an afterthought. The room and bathroom had a lingering musty smell and it was very sparsely decorated, a good lick of paint and some nice pictures on the wall could have remedied the décor issue. The curtains could not be drawn. I wonder why they bothered putting a clothes rail in the room if they did not provide hangers.

The hostel was very comfortable and has a great garden with a view. really enjoyed our stay there. only down side was poor wifi.

Great hotel, spectacular value for money. Location is unbeatable, it even has an awesome view. No complaints at all. I strongly recommend it

Fantastic hostel. Good breakfast included, a amazing view over the city and a garden!! In the middle of the historic city centre. I will recommend this to everybody!

Awesome stay! Would recommend it to anyone, anytime!

I´ve stayed at the Poets (Privates) this June with my girlfriend. The Hostel is really nice, with large rooms, furniture, clean (although tiny) bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room and also an external area where you can hang out or have your breakfast in the morning. The location is okay, near to a bus stop and not too far from the Metro. When you arrive, choose coming by bus, since the hostel is at the top of a hill while the metro station is at the bottom I would recommend the Poets.

The Poets Inn Porto is one of the best hostels ive stayed at during my many travels. Friendly staff and good facilities but most of all a beautiful location with gorgeous views and awesome rooms. Perfectly located for walks, dinners, drinks easy access to bus, rail and metro and a night out. Unless youre looking to be a part of the riverside tourist herd, this is thé place to be!

Nice place with very special atmosphere, lots of details in interior. Very helpful stuff. It basically felt like you're staying in friend's apartment. Also beautiful garden, where you can have your breakfast.
