Very helpfull staff!

organisation has flaws. I booked a bed almost 1 month beforehand and still I get the upper bunk. The girl didn't even know how to handle my complaint, according to her it's first come first serve, so you could still book last minute but arrive earlier than me and you get the better bed. Also it really sucks that no one was there during NYE and check out even before 7AM way before I wake up.. could you just have this information sorted and give the beds to who really need it???

Staff are all really helpful and friendly

orange hostel was great! the location is about a 20 minute walk from the main train station and about 10/15 minutes to the main square. full kitchen and common area. the bathrooms filled up quickly so sometimes you had to wait in line but that's hostel life :) definitely recommend this place, great price! also you can book auschwitz tours through the reception. mattresses were a little thin but no big deal

Its a very good hostel, and offers what its said. Everything is really ok, very recommendable.

Walls are so thin you can hear everything, and if paying extra for a private room its not ideal to have the door right at the reception. Especially when school groups are staying. If anything i think other people who are staying at the hostel should be informed that a large school group will be staying as we would have made other arrangements. Otherwise it was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The stairs to arrive to the hostal don't give us tge best impresion, but you have to remember you are in POland and of course the Judish distric is old and have lot of history. Flats are quite old. The hostal was really good, staff werr really kind and usefull trying to help us everymoment. The only problem is if you are in the first floor you won't have wifi signal but nobody dies to spend one weekend withouth it.

Our stay at Orange Hostel Krakow was pleasant. It provided every thing we needed. Most of all, the staff were always available, very knowledgeable and friendly. However, during busy times, we had short delays in accessing wc's and showers.
