Guest choose our hostel once again, so he had to be satisfied with our services. He knew of the selected equipment room, because he slept in it many times during recent months.Guest did not report any complaints on the spot, so the negative assessment is incomprehensible. The cleanliness of the hostel and the behavior of employees is checked daily by the manager. Composition of the receptionists of the last residence of Mr. Kaminski has not changed, so to accuse them of incompetence is ridiculous. Guest did not follow the rules in the hostel for example, could not keep self-cleanliness in the kitchen or in tolalecie.
