Good location with respect to closeness to shopping district and Petronas Towers. Helpful staff. On the minus side, we did receive some weird looks when walking around the streets of KL, which also meant around the hostel. However, nothing happened, but I would be a bit more careful when walking in a small group at night, trying to reach the hostel.

I stayed here on the last night of my holiday before flying home. Very clean and sterile rooms. Nice breakfst. Good wifi coverage, two free computers to use. Nice sofas and TV to watch if wanted.

Helpful staff, excellent location down a back street near monorail station, with food and nightlife only a stone's throw away. Good service with 24 hour reception and card key entry. I stayed in the single room which was spacious, excellent aircon and wi-fi reception and clean ensuite bathroom. On the downside the single room I stayed in was windowless, which seems to be fairly common in Malaysian hostels; this hostel is more for functionality rather than atmosphere.

Nice guesthouse close to Bukit Bintang. The street probably is relatively quiet normally as it is only a couple blocks long, but we stayed over Chinese New Year. It's only a few blocks from Jalan Alor, the main street food place. The staff at the guesthouse are very friendly and helpful. The deluxe double was quite large but the ensuite bathroom was tiny (it's the kind where you can have a shower while sitting on the toilet at the same time). That said, the places was clean and bright.

Excellent hotellike accomodation. Room was the cleanest. Free breakfast. The place misses a hostelvibe.

Location wise is central, but located a little into a back alley which could prove dodgy. There is no Parking available, so if you are driving you may need to park a distance away. Otherwise, rooms are comfortable, the Living Room and Kitchen is tastefully decorated. Breakfast is basic bread and jams, coffee and tea, you get what you pay for.

Super stay as we were travelling with our 16 month old son cleanliness was the most important factor and The Nest was certainly spotless! Very friendly staff and wonderful location just a few minutes walk from Petronas Towers and delicious food nearby. Highly recommend!

We stayed at The Nest for 2 days only but we liked the place because of the location. It is at the center of the city and will let you enjoy the citybat cheaper transpo cost around. The staff were also very kind and honest. They allowed us to cancel a room that we reserved because we found the other room (we reserved 2) as already big enough for us. We traveled with 2 kids (my sister's kids) and we wanted to stay in one room. They also offer free breakfast. Overall, the place is wonderful.
