You get what you pay for. It's good for the price. Cleanliness isn't great, doesn't provide bins, pegs for washing line, but basic amenities are good. Electricity does cut out every now and then but that is to be expected for such a rural area of India. The owners are helpful and the balcony is nice and cool, and good ceiling fan for cool nights sleeps. Overall it's a good budget place, near the beach if you're not fussy and would rather save money!

Stanley was very helpful throughout our stay, and he even met us at our room at 2 in the morning to help us check in. Some of the facilities are a little run down and dirty even by India standards, but it's a very inexpensive place and Id say it's a good value overall.

Nice, basic family run guest house, Stanly and family where very accommodating, they offer scooter hire which is a must to make the most of the surrounding area. For the those wanting to be closer to the beach and bars I would recommend the beachside apartments kindly offered to us at last minute. However I wouldn't reccomend this to lone female travellers as it's out of the way and dark at night. Great stay, would stay again

We had the top apartment and it was a great size with balcony to watch the sunset and amazing storms. Fridge was available which was great for keeping food and drinks fresh during our stay. Basic amenities but so close to all the shops and restaurants that it was not a problem. The owners also do bike hire which is recommended to enable you to explore the area fully. We were there off season so it was very peaceful. The TV did not work and there is no wifi .
