You get what you pay for. It's good for the price. Cleanliness isn't great, doesn't provide bins, pegs for washing line, but basic amenities are good. Electricity does cut out every now and then but that is to be expected for such a rural area of India. The owners are helpful and the balcony is nice and cool, and good ceiling fan for cool nights sleeps. Overall it's a good budget place, near the beach if you're not fussy and would rather save money!

Stanley was very helpful throughout our stay, and he even met us at our room at 2 in the morning to help us check in. Some of the facilities are a little run down and dirty even by India standards, but it's a very inexpensive place and Id say it's a good value overall.

Nice, basic family run guest house, Stanly and family where very accommodating, they offer scooter hire which is a must to make the most of the surrounding area. For the those wanting to be closer to the beach and bars I would recommend the beachside apartments kindly offered to us at last minute. However I wouldn't reccomend this to lone female travellers as it's out of the way and dark at night. Great stay, would stay again

We had the top apartment and it was a great size with balcony to watch the sunset and amazing storms. Fridge was available which was great for keeping food and drinks fresh during our stay. Basic amenities but so close to all the shops and restaurants that it was not a problem. The owners also do bike hire which is recommended to enable you to explore the area fully. We were there off season so it was very peaceful. The TV did not work and there is no wifi .

Great place to stay in Anjuna. When you stay at the higher floor you actually have the whole floor as a single apartment, with two balconies, hammock, etc. This provides good feeling of privacy. A little bit tricky to find when walking from the 'market' lane. Overall, recommended. Would be happy to stay again.

This place is a great place to stay. It has a full kitchen and bathroom and balcony and is right in the heart of anjuna, just next door to a delicious restaurant. Stan the owner was a great help. I would recommend to anyone.

Bed bugs! Don't stay here!

It was a bit shady that we had to walk behind buildings and other homes to get to the orchid house, just a nice warning would have been nice.

This was our first time in Goa, Anjuna, and will definately come again. It was a treat for my fiftieth birthday. We where picked up from the airport, and the taxi driver also ferried us around if we wanted to go on excursions. The room was clean comfy and had a freindly lizard. The amenities where nearby. The locals very freindly and extremly helpful. I felt totally safe at night even walking around on my own. I would highly recommend this place, and am going again if its available.

Wonderful owners Stan and Elizabeth. Extremely helpful when I lost my luggage - great local knowledge and great for help booking transport. Beautiful home in great location.

This was the best place we have stayed in India so far. We had our own huge bedroom with a full kitchen, bathroom, and a huge porch that got the fresh sea breeze. It also had the most abundant and reliable hot water yet! The location was also great as it was halfway between the main beach and the town (about a 5 to 10 min walk either way). Overall we really enjoyed our stay. However if you are looking to meet people at a hostel this is probably not the place for you.

Very nice guesthouse! Really close to the beach and to restaurants! Very nice and friendly owners! We enjoyed our stay.

The owner, Stanley, was really helpful. The guest house is new and so not many people had heard of it. A neighbour telephoned him when we arrived and he came immediately to let us in. He was also really understanding when I lost the key and again came over immediately to let me in! Thanks very much, we enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet which is why I have not said anything about the 'fun' section. It was just what I was looking for.

Very chill place, excellent place to relax and very short way to the beach!

A short to the beach, restaurants and a few shops. A decent cheap option.

Good location, Stanly is very helpfull in organizing things. wifi is very helpfull also we needed to stay an extra night which wasnt a problem, plenty about to do just need a moped and it's perfect. would use again happily.

Stanley is the greatest host. Really accomodating. We loved staying there and would definitely go back. It's very private and safe as it's in a dead end, very quiet but yet only 1 minute walk to restaurants and shops.

Stanley the owner is wonderful, a real gem in a sea of people trying to rip you off. We will go back in an instant! A great start to our 6 months travelling.

Stanley and his family were lovely! very clean room, hot water, had a safe in the room. Room was very big had a fridge Very good location few mins from the beach and restaurants! very tasty food too! Would 100% recommend this accommodation was really nice! would stay here again when returning to Goa! didnt feel like a hostel but a family run guest house! Stanley is very genuine , needed to go to the pharmacy and he took us! if you go to Goa stay here! you will be impressed!
