The Orchid Hotel was a lovely place to stay for our time in Hue. The service was consistently helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed comfortable, and the views over the city were wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the welcome drink on arrival was just what we needed after the long train journey from Hanoi. Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to friends.

Service was perfect from moment of arrival with free welcome drinks and snacks. Upgraded to family room (almost a suite) as our room was not ready - Not unreasonable at 6am! The included breakfast was excellent, staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and the whole place was clean as a whistle! We also did the DMZ tour through the hotel which was a good day out! Would definitely stay again.

We certainly can recommend this hotel. Very good rooms. Nice extra's like DVD library and cheap minibar. Great breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel right at home. No better place to stay in Hue than here.
