Best value hotel we stayed at during our trip to Vietnam.The manager/staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome.Truong Ngoc Anh the best doorman in Vietnam and Le Dieu Cam the best receptionist in Vietnam.Would recommend this Hotel to all types of travellers.

Superbe! Incredible! My kids fell ill in Vietnam and they couldn't have choosen a better place. The staff was unbelieveably friendly and compassionate. Thank you so much! Orchid Hotel is the best! Greetings to all of you.

Had a wonderful time. The staff were so good, happy to help with everything. Helped us to book motorbike, bus to Hoi An, recommended places for local foods.
Room was lovely, very tastefully decorated, extras like kettle, slippers, dressing gown provided.

This place was great! Everyone was overwhelmingly helpful and we even got upgraded to the honeymoon suite for a night for the same price!!!!

Hands down the best place we stayed at in all of Vietnam. When we arrived they didnt have the specific room we booked because the party occupying it extended their stay because of the festival; At first I thought it was a line but then the manager showed us a n excellent room for a much lower price and we ended up extending our stay as well. They kept the hotel price the same even while all the other hotels increased theirs as we unknowingly arrived during Hue\'s biggest festival. The staff is v...

Great place to stay. Nobody wants to be sick in a hotel but I was and they took care of me,ordered rice soup, the free DVD helped also and the room was also beautiful.
