It was a traveller's nightmare! Keep away from this place if possible. After arrival we found door closed.The owner said by phone we would have to move to another place in 3-5 min. walking distance. A woman took us to that other place (all the way long discussing by phone with the owner what to do with us. We were walking ca. 40 min.(!) with heavy lagguage and in heat through the city. That other place - 'Hello Sofia' was O.K., but anyway, this isn't what you want to experience when travelling.

I had a lovely stay at the hostel which has a beautiful layout and rooms, a very good breakfast and it's very central.
