Plus: helpful staff, spacious room, nice view. Cons: fridge not working. Aircon is difficult to adjust (need to climb on a chair to adjust manually). Wall is not sound-proof, thus it's a bit noisy during praying session from a nearby mosque and a karaoke. Overall:value for budgetPlus: helpful staff, spacious room, nice view. A really good hotel in an excellent location, right in the middle of everything and a really easy walk to Komtar to get buses everywhere. Hotel was a little shabby but very clean and our room on the 10th floor had an absolutely fantastic view over Penang.
