- Thanks chi Ngoan and Thang for making me feel welcome and as comfortable as being at home - Still not very happy with the air-conditioner and a bit musty smell of the room - Please provide maps in English/Vietnamese

Lovely place. Free pick up, reasonable price breakfast, amazing clean room with hot shower. Helpful staff. Would highly recommend!!!

I loved this hotel. It's cheap but it's so nice. Good place to relax (I'm a backpacker). The staff is very very friendly and helpful. The area downstairs is nice, the wifi is ok, location is good. The room was lovely and clean, it even had a tv and we watched some movies. The bathroom was nice, it was clean, everything worked, shower was nice.

Great location , staff were very helpful only regret not staying longer

Great budget guesthouse at a perfect location! We had wonderful service at this guesthouse, starting with a reliable pickup at the Hue airport, even with a delayed flight (compliments of Vietnam Airlines). A comfortable room with a queen bed, free wi-fi that worked perfectly, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Only complaint is that the room was very musty, other than that it was good for the price, good locale to see Hue from

The staff here made all the difference. They were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel very welcome, especially as a solo traveler. The location is a twenty minute walk to the Imperial city. There are several other hotels and tourist info desks in the same alley as the hotel, which makes arranging things convenient.

Very comfy beds by Vietnam standards! They were foam instead of the usual rock hard mattresses. Also, sounds odd, but the shower pressure was also fabulous compared to everywhere else we've stayed

The room smelt like dog and the sheets were unclean. Shower was cold too. We forgot a few things in the room when we checked out and when we went back they were gone.

The rooms are nlocely and clean and good location but what makes this hotel special is its staff. They were welcoming, caring and really helpful. Despite our lack our organization they help us change our booking, rent a car, plan the rest of our trip with no extra cost. And even after we left they called us many time to help us with the rest of our travel. I highly recommended this hotel and thanks them again for the precious help

Location wasnt best and a long walk to get anywhere interesting. Fine if you want to see the old stuff and get out of Hue quick. Staff were accomodating.

Rooms have been big, clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and hot shower was available at any time. Unfortunately the wifi was literally non - existing upstairs and due to the bad weather, old windows and doors it was very freezy in the room during night and daytime. Nonetheless we had a great stay at the hostel, especially because of the lovely staff, helping and advising us with any question.

Apart from the loud tourists that were running up and down the halls both nights I was there this was a great place to stay in Hue.

Very helpful staff.

Loved this hotel. Great location with a number of good restaurants nearby, within walking distance of the citadel, and almost the same price for a private room as most other dorms in Hue. Great value and a wonderful stay!

A very comfortable stay for one night! Staying on the fourth floor meant lots of stairs, but the porter was more than willing to carry our bags up for us. The free pick up from the train station was also appreciated after a long journey. Sleeping was a breeze as the beds were comfy and there was almost no noise coming in the room. Pity there was no free breakfast... The eclectic bar next door is a must visit!
