Staff not so organized, they noticed me about overbooking one day before my arrival and proposed to me solving the situation. In the end they provided a better room for one night, what was the best solution for us actually. Also during the stay staff wasn't that good.

Really central location (takes about 5 minutes to walk to the basilica) with helpful staff, clean rooms/bathroom and a generally comfortable feeling. Only slight downside is the hostel is located inside a fairly anonymous building but as long as you look up where it is and watch the video on their website you'll find it no problem!

The location couldn't be better! But the hostel can be hard to find because it's inside a big and old building,. The staff is not always there, which can complicate check ins and check outs. But very clean and definetely a good value for money!

The Origio and the owner, Rosie, was adorable! It is a small and quiet hostel that is comforting to a traveler who has been on the go. It is located on Nador Street, just a block from the historic parliament building. You have to walk a few blocks to find restaurant options, but the market next door was very convenient for my budget. The wifi is excellent, the hostel was a great price. When my travel partner and I arrived, Rosie even let us pay the next day until we had exchanged euros for HUF!

When we first arrived, the building altough in a good location for tourists is very run down. The apartment is in good conditon but I feel like it could do with a good clean. Layer of dust on lampshades, floor not particularly clean etc. Having a kitchen to use is good. there is a 'laundry service' for €6 but that just means you're allowed to use the washing machine when you pay. Staff not overally helpful.

Very nice cosy hostel, receptionist sophie is very nice and helpful. Pretty and clean place. But only one toilet shared by 3 rooms so need to wait fr the toilet sometimes

Rosie was great however there are some things she could maybe improve on. There aren't enough bathrooms for the number of people staying there which sometimes meant there was a long wait to use the shower and toilet. Our room was next to the entrance and this could also be a bit noisy at night with people trying to lock and unlock the front door. That said, the hostel is in a really good location and the wifi was excellent. Being able to do laundry is also a plus!
