Great location, lovely facility with real stone walls. Wonderful daily breakfast and great service. My bag was lost on the way to Cusco and we had we had a 4 day Inca Trail hike in 2 days time, and the owner and his staff helped track down my bag and get it to me before I left on our trek. They held our bags while we went to Matchu Picchu and ordered us a taxi to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Clean, spacious rooms and very central to the main square.

We had a very pleasant week at the Orchidea real in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Clean, quiet and cosy hostel. Excellent location and good breakfast. We were able to leave our bags safely when we went on the salkantay trek. Highly recommended.

Great Location! The hostel is very cold and even though one heater is supposed to be provided per room, we did not get one the first night because they made a mistake and gave one room two heaters according to the man at the front desk. So !warning! it may be very cold and you may not have a heater. Also, the policy of this hotel is to pay at check in not check out so be prepared for that. Lastly, we were not able to pay with a credit card and had to use cash.

My partner and I stayed here for over a week and loved every minute of it. the hostel is in a prime location in Cusco for access to the central area. The staff were so lovely and friendly and kind, nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile no matter what time of the day. We enjoyed chatting wth them as much as staying there. The hostel was immaculate and the breakfast ample to keep you going for a mornings activities. I would highly reccomend this hostel 10/10.

Perfect location! Rooms are really spacious and have lots and lots of character; really liked them even though they can get pretty cold. Asked for a heater, and staff were great and got one for us pretty quickly. Staff are really friendly too! Due to a bit of a language barrier, communication around trips and taxis etc could be a bit tricky, so we'd suggest brushing up on your Spanish before you go!
