Located in the heart of Rome (Trastevere) this hostel, for women only, is in a 16th century ex convent inside the International Women's House (Casa Internazionale delle Donne), Orsa Maggiore offers beds in dorms or private rooms. All the rooms are very large and quiet and overlook the inner garden or the typical red rooftops.
OUR HOSTEL IS A QUIET AND RELAXING SPOT IN THE VERY CENTER OF ROME.
A tasty expanded continental breakfast served in a comfortable room is included in the price.
Guests can relax in the ample House garden under the centuries-old magnolia and taste the menus offered either by the Restaurant "Luna e l'Altra", or by the bio-snack place "Bio e Te".
Orsa Maggiore is located in a characteristic neighbourhood, Trastevere, one of the attractions of ancient Rome, full of cinemas, theatres, bars, small restaurants, and artisan shops, hence an ideal spot for a taste of everyday city life.
It is few minutes walking from St. Peter, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Synagogue, Gianicolo Hill, Botanical Gardens.
