This was a very great value for the money! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling. Although this is not located in the heart of the city, its right on the river so its easy to find from anywhere on the city. Very close to the vatican. Would love to go back.

Didn't realise it was a one hour walk from the station, was inconvenient with large bags. Dirty floors in bathroom, odd smell in rooms and especially bathrooms. Unsure why kitchen is locked and rooms are not during the night? Staff were less avaliable then other hostels we've been to. Breakfast was not as good as we were hoping for but free so if your on a budget it's alright.

Owner Comment (Show)
On the web page and in the confirmation there are diretions and busses to catch to arrive at the Hostel You do not need to walk. Bathrooms and rooms are cleaned every morning. The kitchen is closed from 3 am to 7 am. The rooms have their key. The reception is open from 7 am to 3 am and the staff is always in. We don't know of any other Hostel having this kind of breakfast included in the rate: Lavazza espresso coffee, cappuccino, cacao, jams, 2 kind of cheese, yougourts, cake, butter, tea, corn flakes, bread, rusks.

I loved the building And the location was excellent !. The staff was good, but at the restaurant and bar they did not speak any English nor any other language other then Italian.didn't like at all the breakfast they were serving us.

A relaxed & peaceful hostel in a great location. Our room was quiet, spacious, comfortable and well fitted. Our only complaint was the ensuite bathroom which needed attention (broken shower door; dirty extraction fan). By comparison, the shared facilities were cleaner and in better condition. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. We found all the staff polite and helpful. I had stayed here previously and would definitely book again.

It felt like being in a Catholic school for girls (and I went to one), girls wouldn't even talk to each other during breakfast and any kind of noise is highly discouraged. The staff is unfriendly, honestly it felt like I was dealing with my teachers back in school, it was really weird.

This was a great place to stay at if you were traveling on your own. The location is great for how much you pay since it is only a short walk to the Vatican and even shorter of a walk to all the great restaurants and bars in Trastevere. The only issue I had was following the 3am curfew since you have to be buzzed in late at night. Other than that, it was great! helpful staff, nice breakfast, clean showers and beds, and I picked up wi fi everywhere including my room. Nice place to stay.

Loved staying here. Location: far enough away to get a feel of the less touristy city, but close enough that each attraction is easily accessible (walking). Very close to the Vatican City and a great little area called Trastevere w/ several bars and amazing restaurants. It's safe and the staff is accommodating. Booked an additional night while we were there with no problem. Left our luggage for two days when we visited Florence and it was perfectly secure. The hostel's very warm which was great!

We like the hostel because of its location. Staff was very polite. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The only thing I would add to the hostel is a kitchen so one can cook meals. Wifi wasn't the best.

I felt that this hostel was centrally located, easily accessible, safe, and with all the things you would need if you are planning to really spend your days outside. The staff here was SUPERB! We entered and got a map with an introduction of how to get anywhere that is somewhere in Rome and they were very welcome in answering our questions. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the wifi access is only in the hallway. Overall most def recommend staying here when in Rome!

I would recommend this hostel to any female traveling in Rome. The staff was very helpful and friendly from beginning to end, it felt very safe and secure, and it was clean. They provide a large breakfast which was really good, and adequate time to eat and drink as much coffee as you need. I also happened to meet some great women of all ages, and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. When I travel to Rome again I will stay here for at least part of my stay.

This is by far the best hostel experience I have ever had in my travels. The hostel was like a sanctuary, seemingly, far away from all the noise and traffic of Rome. In reality, it's a lively and lovely place with extremely kind, helpful staff members. It is located in the insanely romantic Trastevere neighborhood with Giancolo hill right behind offering a bird's eye view of the city. I HIGHLY recommend this hostel and it's knowledgeable/hospitable staff!
