The Hostel was very clean especially the bathrooms and kitchen. There were several computers with fast internet access. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable and all bedding clean. Plenty of room in the dorms and large lockers. Kettle and microwave was available for use. The breakfast buffet was a good standard, with excellent coffee and choice of yogurt, cheese, toast, spreads, cereal, fruit juice etc. Plenty of hot water for shower. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The hostel is very clean, and secure. It is a nice place to stay, with nice quiet garden downstairs and located near a lovely area. The room I stayed is big, and also the individual locker provided is big. The staffs are very helpful, ask any questions and they will help. Breakfast is simple, but the coffee is great. They have 2 PCs with Internet free for use, and also free Wifi in the general area. Overall, the stay there is value for money.

the staff is very helpful. I left some stuff in the hostel while i was travelling in venice and they helped me to find an ambassy and the post office. They also told me the ambassy can call them if they want to reach me. Thank you!!

My friends and I stayed here at the wrong time-Rome got hit by its worst snowstorm since the '80s and consequently, all the Romans went into panic. As a result, no hot water for a few days and the staff was cranky after dealing with women panicking about getting to the airport in the midst of all the snow. Breakfast was subpar in my opinion (cornflakes and toast) but the value was good. Stayed in a large room that didn't have a full wall divider between another big room...consequently very loud

This was a nice hostel, good location, with bedbug free beds and clean bathrooms. I would recommend it if you you a hostel just as a place to sleep. It is not a place where you really meet fellow travellers and where hanging around in the common room is a party.

Vibe very somber & quiet. Not a good place for people who want to go out, meet new people & enjoy the city. Location NOT close to public transit & we had to drag our luggage for a MILE just to get there based on directions provided by them. 4th person assigned to our room moved my things and left the door open when they were not around, No key when we returned. No towels in the bathroom. VERY slow internet. Weight scales everywhere? Overcharged & didn't consider online deposit. We didn't stay.

Owner Comment (Show)
The location is specified on the site, and the directions as well. So if you thought it was not convenient for you, you could have chosen another Hostel. It is not our responsability if the other guest didn't behave properly. As specified in the site, towels are not included in last minutes or special rates: you paid 14,40 per night, instead of 26. We have a 100Mbps connection. We ALWAYS consider the online deposit, but we have to charge the City Tax, as specified on the site and in the confirmation. And we ALWAYS explain it to the guests. There are 2 weight scales in the corridors, are presents from the guests, and they are useful to anyone who wants to control the luggage weight

Excellent in almost every respect. The location was great, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was simple but good, clean, comfortable...however I was dismayed at the general unfriendliness of the other people there! I smiled trying to engage people in conversation, isn't that one of the reasons to travel, to meet others? But people looked away or kept to themselves. It's a comfortable place to stay, but the new friends you make won't be at the hostel.

The whole building was nice and warm. We found it difficult to get to/from with all our luggage (cobble-stone streets in Rome aren't too friendly on the wheels), but the directions were good. Close to the Vatican, nice to walk along the river. The shared bathroom was nice and clean but the showers a bit small. Our twin room had lots of space. Free breakfast was good, and we could make tea/coffee whenever we wanted. Wifi was only in the communal area/corridors but it worked well.

Owner Comment (Show)
On the web page is specified that for last minutes and discounted rates towels are not included. (The rate was 12 euro). The curtains are not transparent, the showers are cleaned every day so the guests should be more careful at least in the common areas.

Nice hostel in nice location, safe and just for girls. There was no bunk beds which was nice and the bed was comfy. Overall good value for money. Its a very big place and maybe a better commom room would make it a perfect place.

Really nice hostel for a relaxed atmosphere. This isn't a place to party, but if you just need a place to sleep on a budget...it's great.

The hostel is in a beautiful part of town, Trestevere which is easy to get to the main sights from. The staff were friendly and helpful and the internet was fast. THere weren't any bunkbeds which was lovely and we had a lockable wardrobe each too. The free breakfast was simple but all we needed. It's quiet and restful and comfortable. I was there for a week and I'd go back again. The only things that could be added are self service laudry room and a power plug by each bed. There weren't so many.
