The b&b was very well located in Ortigia. The area was really nice and the b&b per se was great and really big (the room had like an antichamber and the bathroom was big too). The receptionist was kind but she was never there so we couldn't reach her when we needed her. We had problems with the bathroom: the WC worked badly (it flooded the floor) and in two days we couldn't get any hot water. The breakfast was really poor (the cafe next door gave you just a cornetto and a coffee) and no variety.
