About Osaka Guest House
Osaka Guesthouse is a newly renovated Guest House in the lively Tsim sha tsui district.You will find yourself surrounded by clusters of shops and exotic restaurants almost 24 hours a day and it seems that the city will never go to sleep.
We can also guarantee that our hostel is an excellent starting point for your exploration of all the scenic spots and thrills all over HK.You will find all modes of transport,including the buses and express trains to-and-from the HK International Airport,are just steps away from our hostel.
Being in the hostel business for over 30 years,we understand very clearly the need of traveller and how to make sure their stays in HK are enjoyableTherefore,we provide the follwing facilities to our guests:
* 24 hours check-in service
* free access to internet service in each room
* free use of the electronic safe deposit box in each room
* our staff will do the laundry for the guests free of charges (This laundry service is only limited to one shirt/T-shirt,one underwear and one pair of socks per person per day)
We will do everything to ensure that all our rooms and surrounding areas are clean and comfortable at affordable prices. But please do not compare our rooms and faciltiies with that of luxury hotels. please realise the differences and adjust your expectations before making the reservations.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All payment must be made in cash upon arrival.We do not accept credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. All cancellations and changes of bookings must be made 48 hours before check-in date.
2. One night's room rate will be charged for customers who fail to do so or no show at all.
3. Room rates quoted here include all government taxes and service charges.
