That the room looked like a prison cell without any windows and that there was barely space to turn around still would have been no problem because I have been there just for sleeping. BUT the coakroaches in the whole room were too much of a good!!!

Standard for Chungking Mansions, no surprises, stayed in guesthouses here many times. Nothing to complain about since I know what I'm getting into, if people expect a nice traveller's youth hostel, then you'll be disappointed, but this is Chungking, it has its own qualities.

Very nice gentelman at the reception, very helpful! Could leave my backpack when had half day free at the city & use internet.

The promised wireless internet only worked on lobby and my room air-con had serious problems.

the location was excellent for us tourists in HongKong...the lobby was crowded upon arrival but that was expected because of the commercial spaces in the ground floor...the elevator was readily available..and the room we booked (double bed) was not the one given to us (twin beds) but the staff was helpful in putting the two beds together... the room was small but it was enough for us since we will just be using the room for sleeping since we went around the tourist spots all day...

Osaka Guesthouse is a good place and room if you come as a solo traveler otherwise you might find difficulties to stay in Hong Kong whilst you are on your holiday or short trip.
