Amazing hostel. Excellent location (10 min walk to dotonburi), reasonable price, very kind staff, and possibly the cleanest hostel Ive ever stayed in. The beds are also comfortable, and have individual lights, and curtains in case you have early risers in your room. Only thing that could make it better would be offering breakfast, but there are plenty of cafes around for food. I will definitely be back next time I am in Osaka!

Very neat, very clean, and easily accessible. The staff was very helpful and the common room is quite nice. If you want a good night's sleep, this is the place for you. I would have liked to have met some more people though.

Our stay at the Osaka Hana Hostel was very enjoyable, although brief. The area is great fun for shopping and dining, but we chose it mostly for the ease of getting to the Kansai airport the following day. Our only problem was finding the place, as an email from a front desk staff member before our arrival mentioned "J Hopper" which is a different hostel! It took a while before we realised we were going in the wrong direction, as they are in very different area's of the city.

Staff were very helpful. Facilities were good. I think it would be good if they had more hostel activities.

It's a very nice, clean and cozy hostel. The staffs are friendly and speak good english. It didn't take me long to find the hostel from Shinsaibashi station. Very strategic location. I will definitely come back again when I'm in Osaka.

the hostel seeks to value add to a traveler's stay, organizing different activities and programmes for everyone. i find this extremely interesting

The hostel was very good...what made it extra special was the staff...they always had a smile and were extremely friendly/helpful...a simple question about sumo wrestling and I got the run down plus notes! (RAHNNA is the best) location is very good close to metro and 7-11..

Perfect hostel. I even arrived on a Tuesday night, when they have a hot pot party, where I got to meet heaps of fellow travellers. Highly recommended.

It was excellent. Everything was in order even the staff service was top-notch. They speak english very well and will assist you happily. Very friendly. The place is clean and location is perfect so much to see and do just when you step out of the hostel. Ranna and Masae were very, very good. Very helpful and friendly.

I had already been twice to the Hana hostel in Hiroshima and the one in Osaka definitely keeps the high quality of the branch at all times. Staff is very friendly (as usual in Japan). Great place to meet other travelers with gathering and dinners. Close to subway station, extremely clean and tidy. Definitely a great place to stay!

everything at this hostel is good, except for the very poor sound proof at the common shower/toilet area on the 3/F...whenever anybody uses the hair dryer at the common "clean-up" area, the noise will be so annoying to the others...

Very nice, clean place. The room I stayed in was great, and had its own kitchen area and western toilet. It's Japanese style, so you get a tatami room with futon. It is located by a bunch of teen-ish fashion shopping, and not far from the Nanba area. Also, there's a nice little cafe downstairs. Make sure you double-check your map before you head out, though. Two of us were looking and we got two different spots on Google Maps for some reason, so we had to wander around a bit.

Amazingly surprised at the J-Hoppers network which offers discounts and nifty surprises for regular backpackers! Found the room to be cozy and love the access to the living area (with TV and games and internet use) and the kitchen. Really would recommend this place to anyone hopping by Osaka!
