Very good lively hostel, very good atmosphere. Very friendly staff...friendliest in Milan. Clean, great breakfast for this price.

The Best Hostal I have ever stayed in!!! This was the first time I have travelled alone, the facilities and the layout of the hostal made it really easy to get to know other travelers. The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and even give you a welcome drink when you arrive! Location is great too ... i would reccomend this hostal to everyone!!!

The staff were amazing, very welcoming and always talking to or helping the guests. The lockers under the beds were big enough to keep everything in and they had a separate room for storage that they allowed me to use even after I had checked out. The breakfast is included and every night had free pasta. They also offer a kitchen to cook things in and the supermarket is just down the street. The atmosphere is amazing, the free wifi is great and the location is even better. Best hostel by far!

Very cool atmosphere around this place, All staff are really helpful and likable. If you could run a hostel and wanted to make it the best you would run it like Ostello Bello. Milan is a great city and if I ever went back I would stay here again....Also, wait to you meet Eva, the quirky French girl, she is really hot! lol

Staffs are friendly, helpful and pleasant which made me feel comfortable and enjoyable.

I arrived to Ostello Bello walking 20 minutes in the pouring rain, into a bussling, Friday night scene. The staff (Ava) was very helpful in making me feel comfortable and welcome. They even gave me a towel!

I only stayed for one night but out of all the hostels (11) i have stayed in over the past month this gets the best all round score. Very friendly reception (especially Eva) with a welcome beer offered on arrival. Very stylish and busy bar, laptops available to use and great chill out balcony areas on all floors.

Highly recommended! You are greeted with a complimentary drink of your choice. There was a booking mistake on my part and one of the bartenders, Marco, went out of his way and made exclusive arrangements for me when there was availabilty. Staff is great! Location is excellent (5 min walk to Duomo) and they provide laundry service! Not difficult to find the place but you can miss it if you dont pay attention. I definately will stay here again when I return.

Awesome hostel. super easy to meet other people and aperitivo is the best, especially because the bartender makes amazing drinks for a good price. my shower had some issues with the floor flooding but I think that was more the fault of my roommates than the hostel. the kitchen and terraces are great and the location is perfect.

Best hostel I've ever stayed in. Great atmosphere and the staff is so friendly! It's a great hostel for meeting people thanks to the incredible public areas. Very clean and accommodating. The kitchen with its own herb garden is a nice touch! So is the free welcome drink from the bar in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!

The quality of this place and all the freebies make you wonder how they make any money! Excellent accommodation, excellent facilities, excellent staff, couldn't be more central if it tried and with free welcome drink and free food in the evening. Also great fun. The BEST hostel I have ever seen by a long way.

I honestly wish I had stayed there longer--they're fantastic! Super friendly and accommodating, fun, lively atmosphere, free welcome drink on arrival and generally comfortable. The decor and feel of the place is super social and unique. Only complaint---bunkbeds are very low, frequent head hitting ensued. They're also rather loud (metal). But whatever, generally, awesome hostel.

Hostel is worthy for recommendations! Staff is really friendly, atmosphere is cozy and everyone is so relaxed. They have bar on the first floor, full of visitors at the evenings. Sleeping rooms, kitchen and few balconies are on the upper floors, so you can spend your time quietly if you wish. Location is great too. All the touristic places and the most active night life are around. So, the perfect choice for young traveler :)

Great place to spend good time in Milan. Well located in this sweet little street close to the Duomo. The crew so kind and there is great atmosphere at 6p.m. when people come from all around the neighborhood to get the "aperitivo". A drink is offered at your arrival time !!!
