Possibly the most helpful and courteous staff I've met at any housing facility to date. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My first trip to Milan, and thanks to the staff everything went smoothly, I felt secure, and I had a great time!

Perfect place to meet new people and really enjoy Milan. Good location in the very heart of Milan and cozy atmosphere with all the facilities and services. I felt like home in Milan, thank you all for the great atmosphere!

Great atmosphere, uplifting staff and very great in security. Even if you do not stay in Ostello Bello, you should enjoy an evening with the people who hang out there. Apiritivo served for everyone, absolutely fun and probably the best option around. It's located close to Tram lines, which makes it easier to come and go, but not very close to the metro. Even so, I would recommend this place to anyone going to Milan.

Really really clean, friendly hosts and awesome atmosphere. The bar is cool but lots of randoms hanging about, but didnt bother me as I had the €5 drink and all you can eat pasta deal to keep me happy.

This is a great hostel made amazing by the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. You should stay here when in Milan. The free breakfast was amazing & the bar inside the hostel is great.

The dorms are co-ed - The hostel/booking website should make this information clearer. Otherwise the atmosphere in the bar dowstairs is amazing and it's a great way to meet people.

Other than being slightly difficult to find, the place was great. I stayed in an 8 person room and didn't really feel crammed. The downstairs bar and basement bar were great places to hang out. Even Milano locals come in to hang out they like the bar so much. Honestly I thought it was more busy there than the other "bars" I went to. Lots of instruments downstairs for spontaneous jam sessions if you play at all. A criticism I might make is that one bathroom ensuite for 8 is sometimes rough.

Great staff, great athmosphere, great experience! It is definitely the best hostel we've ever been. Hope to go back to Milan soon and stay in Ostello Bello again.

this hostel is the best i've ever stayed.you gave us a warm home-feeling there, treated us as real friends. In Ostello Bello, we can walk to the cathedral and enjoy MILAN city, so beautiful. I love Ostello Bello and have already introduce to many friends. We'll come back again. Thank you very much. from anting&felix

Really amazing place,

The hostel staff were very helpful. They had a great security system in the hostel. Only negetive point I could think is the shower door in my dorm was broken but they said they will fix it ASAP and gave us towels to put on ground if the water was leaking.. Great atmosphere!! They even have play station 3 that u can play if u can't get any sleep!! Definitely recommend it!!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at! Staff was super helpful, the rooms were clean and the bar/cafe was top-notch. I feel like I really experience Milano 'aperitivo' without leaving the building! I really had a great time here.

Well... it was my first hostel experience and I can say that it was quite comfortable.Staff was friendly helpfull,quick and cheerful.cleanliness will not be a problem.sheets were more clean than some of the 3 star hotels i stayed.

Excellent hostel, close to Duomo and at the main shopping street, atmosphere superb as well! deserved all the good reviews people had accorded them, kudos!
