Very good! They are amazing!!! The bar downstair is very good and the location!!!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at! Staff was super helpful, the rooms were clean and the bar/cafe was top-notch. I feel like I really experience Milano 'aperitivo' without leaving the building! I really had a great time here.

Well... it was my first hostel experience and I can say that it was quite comfortable.Staff was friendly helpfull,quick and cheerful.cleanliness will not be a problem.sheets were more clean than some of the 3 star hotels i stayed.

Excellent hostel, close to Duomo and at the main shopping street, atmosphere superb as well! deserved all the good reviews people had accorded them, kudos!

The place, the environment and the staff are simply amazing.

I had an amazing time at Ostello Bello. I had reserved there for christmas Eve, and the owners invited all the guests to their family christmas party in the hostel's restaurant! I had a blast and met tons of interesting people. The hostel is well situated, very alive and the staff speeks very good english. This place is the place to be!

The owners of this hostel have really poured their hearts and souls into this home, and I call it a home, because the place is run as a home, not as a business. Having stayed at hundreds, maybe thousands of hostels, hotels and guest houses in my life, Ostello Bello rates right at the top. The details they have added, such as a container at the hea of everyday bed for glasses or a book shows that they really "get it". As for the staff, I. Cannot say enough superlatives...they are great.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ostello Bello! The staff was very warm and welcoming, and I felt at home from the second I walked in the door. The room I was in (8 person) was fairly spacious. They also offer a free breakfast, and antipasto in the evening when you order a drink from the bar. The location was great, and it was a very quick walk to the Duomo. My only complaint is that the bathroom was a little messy.

This is an awesome hostel, staff is great, close to everything, really close! the bar is really cool, definetly should be every traveler's choice.

Nice staff and Nice hostel Always smiling and Always clean Location is very good and Breakfast is soso. In the night, We enjoy the pub in 0 floor.

The hostel is a great place to make friends...I met with Italian who didnt speak any english but very willing to talk, we ended up talking by using google translator...it was great experience, I hope to get back there..Sadly there was roomate who lost his phone. I hope he'll be fine

The hotel which creates a strong culture inside, involves each person and the best things there are location and the staff ! Only best words for Ostello Bello and the people working here.

The welcome drink was very nice only if the glass was cleaned appropriately, same as the coffee mug in the morning. The location was good, and very easy to get around. The staff were very nice and helpful. Yet the only problem was the price, it was experience.
