Ostello Bello is a fantastic hostel! :) You were wonderful.

Location is good. Staff is nice The design on the wall is so cute!

I really liked my stay in your hostel. The people were friendly, in a heartly and welcoming way, staff spoke english well and was really helpful. The place was really clean and comfortable. The only thing I slightly disliked was the lockers under the beds in the dorms, they did not look as safe for me as I would like them to me as they are metal baskets which you can attach with just one padlock on the lower part of the bed. The design of your place is great and I only met really nice people.

the price is too much for its facility , although there's nothing to blame.

The hostel was great- plenty of common area room- although no common room in the dorms even though there are 8 plus beds- an odd chair would be perfect.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff! Great atmosphere

The staffs were very friendly and nice. I arrived there around at 10pm, and the bar area was lively with full of local people. I almost thought I got to a wrong place, as it did not look like a hostel, but a local bar. They firstly gave me a welcome "free" drink while I was waiting for my turn to check in. Nice refreshing beer with locals was quite nice.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after. We enjoyed the bustling atmosphere in the evenings and made many good friends.

Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, overall great experience! Not a place for people who want a quiet retreat, however. But a great place to meet new people/other travelers, see the city, and not have to worry about anything. They even held our luggage for the day we checked out while we went sight-seeing.

Ostello bello staff were amazing! They were always happy to answer any questions and are really laid back. The hostel itself is also nice and clean.

Great hostel in a great location in Milan. Really fun atmosphere with a good mix of locals and travelers. Best of all, the staff are wonderful and helpful with everything. Great to finally have a nice hostel in Milan. And many thanks again to the lovely Eugenia for being so nice and helping me when she didn't need to!

I am impressed with the cleanliness of the hostel. Quite good location and good service (welcome drink & decent breakfast). Would definitely go back and stay there if I am back in Milan

I had a lovely stay here, and met some lovely people, staff included. The atmosphere is great, friendly and welcoming. It is a great place to meet people and be at the heart of Milan culture and community. This place has no flaws.

I loved staying there!

Excellent hostel. Probably the best character and atmosphere in my experience of Europe. The bar and cafe downstairs had good atmosphere with locals and tourists throughout the day. Very clean and good facilities (ie. ensuite). Very comfortable beds! Breakfast was excellent with all this extra stuff and real juice. Wifi was excellent! Very secure with decent sized lockers also. Staff was excellent - very helpful and didn't hesitate to spend time to help. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great atmosphere, uplifting staff and very great in security. Even if you do not stay in Ostello Bello, you should enjoy an evening with the people who hang out there. Apiritivo served for everyone, absolutely fun and probably the best option around. It's located close to Tram lines, which makes it easier to come and go, but not very close to the metro. Even so, I would recommend this place to anyone going to Milan.
