Spent just one night, but memorable nonetheless: friendly reception, comfortable bed, and the hippest crowd in Italy. A definite pick for my next (longer) stay in Milan.

Very cool hostel in Milan. The bar area is surprisingly frequented by locals, not just travellers, and I had a great time meeting some locals while I was there. Great, helpful staff, fantastic facilities between the basement, lobby bar, terraces, and kitchen. Easy to be in the heart of it or find a quiet place to relax upstairs. Soap needs to be provided in the rooms - it's unhygenic, esp. when roommates don't use their own. Great time though! Will come back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, brand new, functional and silent accommodation. Comfortable location. Nice spot for both resting and partying. Truly recommended.

Really nice flexible and polite staff (they even make us a sanwhich at 5 a.m after party hungriness) , great location, very clean, good bar and restaurant (burgers,sanwchiches etc), pretty ok breakfast, something to eat included with every drink you order, quaint evening pub, sunday craft market arrange in hostel basement (perfect for buying presents), cool atmosphere... all in all best hostel ever!

unbelievable customer service.the customer service here is equal to non, more than the customer service in most ''five star hotels'' felt at home here. keep it up folks, u guys are the best. I will be back.

The rooms were nicely decorated and seemed new, very well cleaned and kept. All the commun rooms were so nice, with great vibe and decoration! the locker "cage" under the bed improved security. But the bar downstairs was what made it so amazing this hostel for me. The atmosphere in the hostels bar is so nice that not only guests go to it but also locals from Milan. I enjoyed Their happy hour (excellent food and great place to make new friends). One of the best hostels I've ever stayed, 5 stars!

I was staying there for 4 nights - excellent!!! I really loved this place. Everything was great! Maybe except the fact that the bar is very crowded in the evening and it's difficult to find a place to sit..but it's part of the atmosphere! Ostello Bello is definitely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed! Will stay there again when in Milan.

Great location, next to the shopping street. walking distance to main attractions.

Very expensive, but I have to admit that it was pretty worth the price. Common room area had a fantastic lively atmosphere with local italians as well. Free drink. Very friendly awesome staff. Facilities first rate. Kitchen very well equipped. Balcony with flowers and comfy chairs. One of the best hostels I've stayed at! Just a bit expensive that's all.

I have no any other words to say. Only excellent. !!! Everything in ostello bello is perfect. I never have so good hostel experience before. I highly recommend this hostel. Few mins walking to the metro. Even not far from duomo. Very center of the Milan. Great balcony. Nice kitchen. Clean room. Beautiful wall arts inside. Good staffs. Yummy breakfast.
